Abbiamo prenotato per 20 persone,siamo arrivati in struttura trovando una situazione al quanto imbarazzante a partire dall'entrata del b&b...calcinacci in giro spazzatura e odore misto tra cadavere in decomposizione e urina,per non parlare della sporcizia e dell'arredamento ...la casa degli orrori faceva meno impressione....inspiegabile quello che abbiamo visto ,i nostri figli piangevano e avevano paura di restare.abbiamo deciso di andarcene rimettendoci pure la caparra di €250. Che vergogna avere strutture così decadenti ancora aperte nel 2024

Abbiamo prenotato 7camere, x arrivare al beb abbiamo sceso degli scalini e regnava il degrado, ma nn ci siamo fatti intimorire dal contorno...ci ha accolto il signor Achille (molto gentile) ma purtroppo la struttura è schifosamente sporca, trascurata e inquietante sia x odore, ke x 5cm di polvere ovunque, bottiglie di birra vuote dentro una busta appese al camino, stracci neri x lo sporco ovunque, piumoni dei letti a castello urinati e pieni di polvere, x nn parlare del giardino all interno ormai abbandonato da una vita ke l unica cosa bella ke io abbia visto in questo posto sono i gatti. INSOMMA MI AUGURO KE VENGANO FATTE DELLE ISPEZIONI E KE VENGA CHIUSO!!!!!!!!!!

Metto zero perché di meno non si può,non date retta alle recensioni positive perché sicuramente le hanno scritte i proprietari. VOMITEVOLE...siamo entrati ed è stato il panico, non ci sembrava vero,volevamo solo piangere per lo schifo. Polvere ovunque,giardino inesistente perché coperto dai rifiuti,puzza di marcio,umido,urina,sporcizia ovunque. Eravamo in 20 e in un ora abbiamo dovuto trovare un altro albergo per la notte.Il proprietario non si è nemmeno preoccupato del perché andavamo via,ansi ha esordito con la frase: strano che non vi piacciano le camere.,perdendo anche l acconto di 250€

Ci siamo fermati per riposarci dal viaggio e ci siamo alzati ancora più stanchi. Sttruttura vecchia arredata con mobili datati, tutto sa di antico anche l'odore di lenzuola e asciugamani. Anche la location lascia a desiderare, situata nei vicoletti ancusti e isolati anche se vicini al centro. Ambiente climatizzato con condizionatore non regolabile, perfetto se vuoi farti venere una bronchite. Finestra non munita di zanzariere, ideale per una notte di lotta continua con un esercito di zanzare. Soggiorno consigliato solo per chi vuole passare una notte inssonne.

Il mio alloggio preferito a Cosenza. L’accoglienza come si usava una volta, gentilezza, flessibilità, colore umano. La struttura è antica, tutta da scoprire. Mi hanno dato una camera con una splendida vista sulla città vecchia, ed offerto la colazione (con splendide marmellate homemade) gratuitamente.
