These are four-star hotels, totally deserved. Excellent logistical position for excursions, kindness and helpfulness of the staff truly uncommon, elegant and at the same time functional furnishings of the rooms, room with TV and minibar, very comfortable beds, en-suite bathroom equipped with every accessory and with a spacious shower; refined but at the same time not excessive furnishings of the common areas, very relaxing wood scent everywhere. Even though the hotel was practically full, the room was very quiet. A special mention deserves the cuisine which, in addition to being very refined and light, is also particularly varied. The choice of wines to accompany the excellent dishes mentioned above is remarkable. I believe that in Val Fiorentina the Orso Grigio hotel is the best place to spend your free time.

Comfortable room and common areas (my room had a spectacular view of Mount Pelmo!), super-kind and welcoming staff and top-quality cuisine. Particularly noteworthy are the beetroot casunzei with gorgonzola and walnuts, the duck breast with grilled porcini mushroom salad and wild thyme and the leek and pea tart with mountain taleggio fondue. The SPA is very pleasant and well-organized. I will definitely be back!

Ottima posizione sia per l'inverno (davanti all'impianto Civetta supersky) che per l'estate (si raggiungono facilmente le montagne di Cortina /Misurina, i passi falzarego, Valles, s. Pellegrino). Struttura molto comoda, tenuta benissimo dai proprietari. Colazione ottima, dolce e salata: tutto fatto in casa, dolci, marmellate, pan brioche, pancakes ecc. La famiglia Zuliani gentilissima, ospitale e sempre pronta a dare una mano e a consigliare (sono nativi della valle). La val fiorentina sempre verdeggiante e tranquilla anche nei periodi di punta. Consigliatissimo!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel - they are in a tiny hamlet about 30ish minutes from Cortina, which is ideal since Cortina is quite crowded and overpriced. Staff was very kind and the food was wonderful - particularly their breakfast spread!

Very nice hotel close to slopes. Excellent breakfast and dinners (offered also gluten free options). Wellness (3x sauna, pool with warm water) offers best relax after ski. Car parking in front of hotel. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.
