In all den Jahren in Fünf-Sterne-Häusern ist mir noch nie ein so kleines Doppelzimmer begegnet. Wir erhielten zuerst das Zimmer Nummer 11 - mit direkter Sicht auf die Einfahrt zum Hotel und die Hauptstrasse nach Cortina. Ein Wechsel war dann möglich musste aber über Venedig abgeklärt werden (erstaunlich bei mehr als zehn Zimmern die wir reserviert hatten). Jedoch war auch im zweiten Zimmer ein kreuzen von zwei Gästen nicht möglich. Der „Einstieg“ ins Hotel war schon ungünstig - obwohl die Reservation für eine grössere Gruppe weit im Voraus erfolgt war. Einchecken: Wie so oft bei der Anreise - wurde wir als erstes nur gerade nach den Pässen gefragt was ja auch später gemacht werden kann. Dafür gab es dann gleich als zweites ein fünf Punkte umfassendes Haftungsausschluss-Dokument welches zu unterzeichnen sei wenn das Spa benutzt werden wollte/sollte - notabene in italienischer und englischer Sprache. Beim Abendessen - ebenfalls im Voraus bestellt - unterlief der Fehler, dass die Gäste bei der Wahl Vorspeise nicht befragt wurden (nach (Fisch oder Fleisch). Es wurde ungefragt serviert - die Mehrheit wünschte sich Fisch worauf die Küche Kreativität an den Tag legte - es wurden einfach die noch übrigen Coquille saint jacques mittels Längsschnitt halbiert serviert. Gekocht waren diese neue Erfahrung dann gut. Einzige positive Rückmeldung die hier gemacht werden kann - es handelt sich um ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Tiny-Haus. Wir hoffen, dass hier eine rasche Korrektur des Fünf-Sterne-Status erfolgt oder die exorbitanten Preise dann auf ein Drei-Sterne-Niveau gesenkt werden.

The spa! Wonderful. The breakfast spread too. Our room was small but fine. Was surprised that at this price point there isn’t air conditioning, and in August it was warm in our room. They offered us a fan but I’m not sure it worked (could have been user error & we never said anything to them about it; I have no doubt the front desk would have responded promptly had we asked, given their consistently excellent & responsive service). Very convenient & easy garage parking underground that felt secure. Service from front desk was outstanding—truly above & beyond. The dining was so-so, very expensive for what it was, with rather neglectful service in the end (after a strong start). You will want to be dressed nicely at dinner. Gym was also very, very nice. The spa was the best part for me— cold plunge, multiple saunas, massage stations in the pool—loved it. Note that this hotel is a little out of town & the traffic was awful while we were there. For driving the mountain passes, you may want to be on the other side of town, but I’d stay here again regardless.

A stunning hotel set just outside Cortina with a friendly shuttle bus into town. Great restaurant, bar area, and leisure facilities, but the highlight is the staff, where nothing is too much trouble. In particular, the concierge's knowledge of walks and via ferrata was incredible, and added huge value to our holiday. Can't wait to return.

We had a wedding luncheon for our son and everything went perfectly. My son moved the dinner to a lunch just 24 hours prior to the event. The resort was so accomodating to us. I wanted to call out the service staff who did EXCELLENT! Valentina, Eleonora, Mateo, Roberta and Riccardo serviced our lunch. Thank You!

Wow - this place is simply fantastic. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room is enormous with beautiful views of the mountains. And the concierge has set us up with some great hikes. Restaurant food and service impeccable (and very reasonably priced for the high quality). Only regret is that we are not staying longer.

we went to this spa...very beautiful and welcoming...top gym...something to say about the bar service...slow and expensive for the quality/price ratio...a small salad for 20 euros seems a bit much to me...it's a shame because the spa it's really beautiful

The hotel is really welcoming. The staff make you feel welcome from the first moment. Giovanni, the concierge helped us every day to find the right ski itinerary and a good restaurant to eat at. The drivers are also super nice and helpful. The hotel restaurant is also very good. Breakfast could perhaps be improved, in a hotel of this range and especially in a boutique hotel, I don't expect to find eggs benedict for a fee. The spa is very nice and I have never found it overcrowded despite the high season. The gym is truly beautiful.

Really very nice hotel, everything new, elegant design and very comfortable. Lots of attention to the customer, lots of pampering, I stayed in the two-storey suite, absolutely fantastic. The cuisine is also excellent, but the restaurant room is very noisy, the only flaw of this wonderful structure. Beautiful and large spa area, very qualified staff. Hotel I recommend.
