I bimbi sono entrati ed educamente hanno chiesto dove fosse il bagno. La signora (suppongo la titolare..) li ha aggrediti verbalmente dicendogli in malo modo e a voce alta che prima devono pagare 1 € a testa.. senza preoccuparsi che i genitori stavano giusto arrivando dietro per consumare al bar. Ognuno fa le politiche che vuole, per carità.. ma l'educazione però ci deve essere sempre, specialmente nei confronti dei bimbi.

Abbiamo chiesto un piatto di polenta senza funghi e formaggio ma solo con burro e salsiccia, abbiamo pagato 18 euro perché abbiamo fatto due aggiunte pur non avendo chiesto né funghi ne formaggio. Alla richiesta del perché siamo stati trattati a male parole! Mai piu

Abbiamo pranzato presso questo Rifugio e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo ordinato due uova con speck e patate, un piatto di canederli con speck in brodo e un piatto di wurstel con patate fritte, era tutto molto buono e porzioni abbondanti. Come ammazza caffè abbiamo ordinato il liquore di Cirmolo. I prezzi sono adeguati alla zona. Un ringraziamento speciale alla cameriera Marina, sempre gentile e sorridente. Consiglio

After a multi-day hike in the Dolomites, staying at the higher-altitude Rifugios, this place was an absolute delight. Large comfortable room with a beautiful balcony view across the mountains, radiators, private bathroom with towels and free hot shower, and even an overnight boot dryer (very much needed after days of hiking in the snow with soggy boots). The staff were friendly and helpful, the food delicious - especially the venision stew. The breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty (they even had krapfen - small local doughnuts filled with custard). They also serve a nice strong tea with rum. The valley it's located in is stunning, you could have a nice holiday just staying here, doing local walks and taking the cablecar. Would definitely stay here again.

Esperienza pessima, personale ineducato, che non ci ha rivolto la parola finché non ci siamo seduti e abbiamo ordinato qualcosa. Anche dopo aver consumato continuavano a ripetere di sederci al tavolo e ordinare... praticamente non ci avevano nemmeno guardati in faccia!

Absolut schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Teure Unterkunft im Bettenlager wie aus Kriegszeiten. Veraltete und schmutzige Sanitäranlagen. Speisekarte eines Strassenrand-Restaurants, wo die KundInnen sowieso nie wiederkehren. Unaufmerksames Personal. Keine Ausweichmöglichkeit, da der gesamte Betrag im Voraus bezahlt werden musste. Eine richtige Enttäuschung!

Qualità del cibo (CARISSIMO) e del servizio di bassissimo livello. Probabilmente alla struttura giova la mancanza di concorrenza al Passo; non sarebbe altrimenti spiegabile il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non consigliato: se potete passate oltre.

Stopped to visit the gift shop and cafe for a drink after cycling up the pass. Staff are not helpful and some are quite rude. I did buy a small gift and a coke which were both overpriced. How do businesses like this survive? Anyway makes every other cafe fantastic in comparison!
