We had an amazing week trip in Cortona and surrounding areas staying at Il Falconiere. The staff helped us organize every activity, they were very helpful and friendly during our trip. They went with a group of friends who had kids as well wen the hotel staff was very nice to them too.We will come back!

Fantastic in every respect, beautiful building s dotting an estate (easy walks by a small vineyard and olive grove), with a lovely restaurant and spa in the center. Excellent service, beautiful spacious rooms. We even stayed an extra night. Picture perfect, right out of a movie. Highly recommend.

Struttura stupenda in posizione e con vista fantastica, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Nota particolare la piscina davvero magnifica e sempre perfettamente pulita. Tutto il personale è sempre disponibile gentile e cordiale, riuscendo davvero a farti sentire a casa o in famiglia. Nota positiva particolare: la nostra camera ha avuto un problema la prima notte che purtroppo ci ha fatto passare la notte insonne per il caldo. La direzione ha provveduto subito a cambiarci la stanza ma soprattutto non ci ha fatto pagare la prima notte. Mi aspettavo sicuramente uno sconto che poi potesse essere l'intero importo o altro non sapevo. Detto ciò non era scontato arrivasse e soprattutto senza la minima esitazione. Complimenti davvero, queste sono le cose che fanno la differenza e che ti fanno venire voglia di tornare, di lasciare una recensione super positiva e di consigliare la struttura. In pratica hanno trasformato un potenziale problema in un aspetto positivo Se posso lasciare una piccola segnanalazione da migliorare è per la colazione, sicuramente buona ma da una struttura di quel livello con ristorante stellato all'interno avevo delle aspettative decisamente più alte. We book Il Falconiere at the last minute and didn’t know what to expect. It was amazing we’d been traveling in Europe for 5 weeks staying all over. The location and buildings are amazing but it’s the staff who truly made it special.
