Персонал не говорит на Английском, чтобы получить ответ на простой вопрос нужно ждать 40 минут пока администратор договорит по телефону, с комарами на территории отеля бороться не принято.
Я бы назвал это гостевым домом средней руки, а не пятизвездочным отелем

We had a wonderful two night stay that included a delicious dinner and an enjoyable wine tasting. The bed was comfortable and David and team were very, very helpful. Definitely a great option when exploring Cortona as it was very easy to get to.

Struttura molto bella e affascinante degna di un cinque stelle. Arriviamo alle 11.00 in struttura (prima del ceck-in) che è alle 15.00 ci sistemano comunque in stanza, up-grade molto gradito. Risistemazione della stanza da parte del personale durante le uscite molto curata e degna di nota. Nota dolente, le prese di corrente della nostra stanza non erano adeguate per un normale caricabatterie di telefono in un lato del comodino e nell’altro altro era rotta (il carica batterie cadeva). A riguardo del Servizio sicuramente da migliorare per una struttura cinque stelle: Nel giorno di Lunedì nella piscina della struttura è passato un solo cameriere durante la giornata intera a chiedere se desiderassimo qualcosa. A colazione non trovando alcun tavolo apparecchiato siamo dovuti andare a chiedere in receptions se potevano venire ad apparecchiarci, scusandosi per l’inconveniente sono corsi subito a rimedi. Nonostante ciò durante la colazione siamo dovuti andare a cercare noi il cameriere per chiedere caffè e cappuccino perché non si vedeva nessuno. Malgrado ciò il buffet è composto da salumi di ottimo livello e ottimo buffet di dolci. Ritengo che con piccoli accorgimenti e una maggior organizzazione e cura nel servizio questa struttura ha le capacità per fare un vero salto di livello in questa zona. Ad oggi tornerei alla corte dei papi e ri-pagherei la cifra richiesta solo con questi accorgimenti.

What can I say , having had a couple stats in Tuscan resort spa hotels , not reaching my wife’s blessing , I tried here for 5 days . The owner David and mum , the reception Greta & Sara , the restaurants staff Slaven and Aness , and not forgetting the kitchen and cleaners in the background , everything was literally 6 * …. room AC great , TV & WiFi great, bed comfort great , jacuzzi and Turkish bath great , swim pool with jets great , beds with cushions around the pool great , home made food , home made wine and the home made basil liquor yep all great . I really can’t fault it find I fault with this place , but let’s say we will be back year after year …. parking great as well . 👌🫡 thank you all LCDP 🇮🇹❤️

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso un'esperienza meravigliosa qui per il mio compleanno. ci è piaciuto tutto: la nostra camera era oltre le nostre aspettative, il cibo era eccezionale e il personale era sempre gentile e disponibile. l'atmosfera è molto tranquilla e rilassante. consigliamo vivamente Le Corte dei Papi!

📍Relais La Corte dei Papi Cortona, Toscana 🇮🇹 Natura, benessere e relax. Era quello che desideravo in questi miei giorni in Toscana. La mia prima destinazione, a pochi chilometri da Cortona, in una piccola valle circondata da colline meravigliose a perdita d’occhio. La Corte dei Papi e’ una residenza d’epoca nella campagna Toscana che è un’oasi di pace e silenzio ed è un luogo in cui si sente il richiamo al passato. L’antica casa padronale del settecento è stata minuziosamente rimessa a nuovo ma ha conservato la sua antica struttura e mescola perfettamente la storia con il presente. Ogni cosa è studiata nel minimo dettaglio: gli ambienti sono ampi e luminosi e ogni angolo è avvolto da un fascino semplice e naturale. La struttura di pietra immersa nel verde profuma di fiori e l’eco del vento tra foglie e’ straordinariamente romantico. Il relais ha solo 15 suite tutte diverse tra loro ma col medesimo fil rouge: sono Suite Spa con jacuzzi e bagno turco con cromoterapia. Una vera chicca che si accompagna ai sapori della tradizione toscana rivisti in una chiave più sofisticata e moderna nell’elegante ristorante del relais. Il posto perfetto per recuperare il benessere della mente e del corpo e fare il pieno di energie…

Les prestations et le service sont ceux d’un hôtel trois étoiles, sans aucun rapport avec le tarif pratiqué. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité très médiocre. Beaucoup d’avis sur le site semblent suspects. Hôtel clairement à éviter, il existe de bien meilleures alternatives dans la région.

Esperienza fantastica. Come lo scorso anno, siamo stati ricevuti e trattati con estrema gentilezza e cortesia. Le aspettative e la location sono perfettamente corrispondenti con quanto offerto sul sito del resort. Vorrei in particolare elogiare la struttura per l'efficenza e la prontezza nel soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti e l'attenzione dinostrata nella pulizia delle camere. Sicuramente sarò ben felice il prossimo anno di ritornare presso questa fantastica struttura. We had a such a lovely time staying at La Corte dei Papi, a beautiful hotel set in the hills of Tuscany, the rooms are luxurious and beautifully decorated, and the food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend staying here, David and Gretta are amazing hosts and will do everything to make sure your stay is perfect.
