We stayed 2 nights, the room was clean and neat. We arrived around 10 pm the first night, by the time we realized the remote for the TV was missing it was close to 11, really not a problem since we aren’t big TV watchers. We did mention it the next morning as we were leaving for the day, When we returned that night the room had been cleaned, towel replaced and a TV remote on the table! Would definitely stay again!

It was OK given our reason for staying
We had to stay away from our house for one night because it was being fumigated. This was the cheapest choice. It was OK, but the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Also, every time we heated up water, the smoke detector went off

Simple, dated rooms but more than adequate. Everything we need for simple, short stay. Everything was clean, well cared for and smelled fine. Check in was quick, easy with pleasant, friendly check in staff. Good value for the money. All the basics and located near the county seat so an interesting town (Cortland) with msny dining options.
