Such a lovely hotel with breathtaking views and exceptional service! Everyone is incredibly kind, and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous—every detail feels luxurious. The spa is stunning and offers the perfect space to relax, and the restaurant serves amazing food that completes the experience. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!

We had a decent experience at the hotel. However, the hotel is supposed to be a family hotel, but kids aren’t allowed in the pool after 5 PM. They suggest that you can go to a kids club for the kids, but it is unsupervised and does not have appropriate activities for older (5+) kids. The shower was uncomfortable, and the room was not adequate. The shower was so small that you couldn’t wash your hair without smashing your elbows onto the side, a very unpleasant experience. Our room was not modernized, even though the hotel makes it seem like all the rooms are renovated. Overall, the room did not have enough hooks and storage space. We are a family of skiers, we need at least four or five hooks to hang our gear at the end of each day. We had a suite with a second bathroom that had an unusable tub with a hand wand only. This hotel is out of town so you need a shuttle. The shuttle only runs till 8 PM so you have to get a taxi for dinner, sometimes over €50 each way. My suggestion is that the hotel at least run the shuttle until 10 PM. Lastly, the loft is really cool.

Uno dei migliori soggiorni mai vissuti. Ci hanno coccolati dal primo istante e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Struttura stupenda curata in ogni dettaglio, camere spaziose, cibo squisito e servizio da 10. Nostro figlio di 1 anno è stato seguito impeccabilmente con le pappe fresche ogni giorno. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie ancora!

Siamo venuti alla spa da esterni per cercare un’alternativa ad un’altra spa che frequentavamo. Benissimo i massaggi. Bene ma non benissimo il resto, piccole cose si possono migliorare, partendo da un gradino che c’è ma non si vede per accedere alla zona piscina al piano di sotto, andrebbe in qualche modo segnalato per evitare spiacevoli incidenti. La temperatura della zona piscina non è proprio confortevole, arrivano folate di aria fredda, anche la zona relax non è calda. Al bagno turco si potrebbero aggiungere delle gocce di olii balsamici per profumare la cabina e sarebbe stato bello trovare dei prodotti per fare la doccia nello spogliatoio, bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo non c’erano, l’acqua della doccia non andava giù e sulla mensola dei phon c’era un dispencer con una bella scritta “lotion”, per fortuna ho visto che a terra c’era un cartellino che evidentemente voleva indicare la descrizione del prodotto che diceva “lozione per capelli”. Scriverlo sul dispencer non sarebbe una cattiva idea.

The hotel is beautiful and the bar area was very nice. During our stay the room above us had renovations going on and there was jackhammering going on from mid morning to late afternoon. It would have been a much higher rating if not for that.

The property is well integrated into the alpine setting, and despite being adjacent to the main road, it is absolutely peaceful. The service is attentive but not overly formal, and thankfully free of excessive formalities. The breakfast is of good quality (though it's a shame that egg-based products are extra). The rooms are well-designed, with great attention to detail and furnishings that immediately make you feel at home, conveying the warmth of a mountain house thanks to the materials used. The Pool/Spa/Relax area is simple but well-maintained; it’s a pity there’s no outdoor hot tub (though it’s possible it was simply not in use during our stay). The gym could be improved, as it is unfortunately a bit sparse. A well-deserved 4 stars, with all the advantages of a recently renovated property!
