An excellent stay, and introduction to the Dolomites. We had a family room, four people, with three sleeping spaces and three bathrooms. Excellent breakfast. Good welcome from all the staff. Very well stocked bar. Good restaurant. very well situated in the outskirts of the town, and easy walk off-road into the centre of Cortina. Perfect situation for walking. Very good concierge service to guide a walking holiday.

Outstanding! Me and my daughter stayed for two nights in August. The staff Lavinia, Agustin, Maximo and everyone else were accommodated. Upon arrival they gave us an upgrade to a superior room without asking, we receives bottles of water and new towels daily! Everyone here goes above and beyond to make our stay memorable! Experience 10 out 10!

We stayed here 4 nights and had a great time. Cortina is so beautiful. Claudia at front desk, helped us alot. Lorenzo concierge also gave us some good tips. Massimo at breakfast was THE BEST, incredible way of serving. Congratulations. Rooms are nice but our room (for 5 people) had very small showers, I would definately recomend them to make an upgrade on the showers and bathrooms.

Il n'y a que le prix qui est 5 étoiles (1080 €) la nuit. Rien n'est vrai, même les photos de la chambre ne correspondent pas. Nous sommes partis après deux jours au lieu des 7 prévus. Depuis, ils ne répondent plus aux mails. Une plainte pénale va être déposée contre l'hôtel. Fuyez, c'est une catastrophe et même de l'escroquerie.

Siamo stati da 28 febbraio al 3 marzo 2024 cinque notti. Abbiamo pranzato e cenato malissimo tutto da servizio al cibo davvero sgradevole sotto urti i profili ! Il servizio pessimo ! La Hall piccolissima con solo pochissimi posti a sedere massimo venti persone ! Insomma un vero buco per quattro gatti ! Non andremo mai più in questo hotel ! Cinque stelle assurde ! Un ambiente pessimo e sgradevole ! Cibo e cucina totalmente da riformare ! È stata una vacanza da non ripetere ! Ve lo Sconsiglio !!

Un pomeriggio al Faloria. Accoglienza e calore nella spa, avvolta nei loro accapatoi e il relax totale. Si stava così tanto bene che siamo rimasti anche a cena. Squisita, in un clima di assoluta calma e tranquillità. Il tutto sotto l’occhio vigile e attento del Direttore, rimasto in struttura fino all’ultimo cliente.

Great accomodafion at 8 minutes from center of Cortina d Ampezzo. Great bar cocktails and excellent food for dinner. Pool, massage and sauna are great. We took an appartment in the Chalet because they didn t have any room in the hotel, clean and large. The parking is underground and if it s snowing you don t have problems to clear the car.

È stata una fantastica esperienza tornare al Faloria, un viaggio tra i diversi sapori culinari proposti dal ristorante e l’eleganza di un servizio sia formale che cordiale ed appassionato. Ampia carta di vini di qualità. “Outstanding” anche il bar coordinato da un giovane ragazzo in grado di emozionarti attraverso la sua cocktail list. L’esperienza della Spa è da ripetere, in particolare ci siamo sentiti coccolati da tutte le ragazze presenti nel centro benessere. Rispetto a qualche anno fa abbiamo trovato un servizio migliorato ed un’organizzazione impeccabile in tutto e per tutto. È sicuramente il “place to stay” per Cortina. Se ne avete la possibilità, il prezzo vale il biglietto.

It was our first time in Cortina.Room was very good regarding space (not charm).Service was ok,Máximo from breakfast was very good.The shuttle service to the lifts was a joke.This place is a 4 star plus,does not wore more than 500 per night.
