The property was very beautiful and has stunning indoor and outdoor areas. But I can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff is. They were so inviting and helpful, which made our visit that much more enjoyable.

Hotel molto bello e molto confortevole, camera veramente calda con un bel balcone spazioso con vista su Cortina. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e ci è anche stata offerta la colazione seppur eravamo fuori orario. Può essere una sciocchezza, ma la cosa ci ha fatto molto piacere. Unica nota negativa per il quale non metto le 5 stelle è che la camera non è stata rifatta durante la prima giornata. Non ne do totale colpa allo staff perché potrebbe esserci stata una incomprensione, però ecco magari un po’ più di attenzione a riguardo e non avrei avuto assolutamente nulla da ridire. Qualcosa nell’arredamento è un po’ vecchio stile, la rubinetteria o la copertura del wc, peró alla fine sono solo dettagli secondo me, promosso a pieno

Hotel was in the center of the city 2minutes walk. The staff and owners of hotel were amazing and helpful . The food and breakfast were excellent and divine. We enjoyed staying in this hotel in winter with perfect panoramic mountains view in front of our balconies and next time we will go again definitely.
