Extremely comfortable, well-run, family owned hotel in the heart of Cortina exceeded all my expectations. Staff were professional, warm and provided for all my needs. Michael especially stands out for helping me resolve a travel issue due to transit strikes in the country. Delicious drinks, focaccia and olives on the patio. I made good use of the sauna and massage therapist after running in the Dolomites each day. A very memorable stay; I hope to return in a future summer.

Las habiaciones son amplias y confortables, el hotel esta super bien ubicado junto a la Campanille y la calle de las tiendas. El servicio es espectacular, nos ayudaron a dejar el coche en el parking y en todo momento atendieron nuestras peticiones. El precio muy correcto.

Every detail was attended to. We were here with a biking group of 22 people. Even with a group the hotel team was attentive to each individual need. Rooms were so charming and comfortable. Food was excellent and the service superb. Only downside is having one elevator. Highly recommend.

Mi sono fermato a pranzo all'interno del ristorante dell'hotel, mangiando una buonissima costoletta alla milanese con patate e maionese alla paprika e uno squisito club sandwich! Ristorante di livello e personale gentile, vale la fermata!! D'estate poi potete godervi anche la terrazza esterna affacciata direttamente su Corso Italia! Bravissimi

Anche quest’anno siamo tornati all’hotel Cortina di Cortina d’Ampezzo.Posso dire solo bene,dalla stanza confortevole e pulita,al servizio colazioni e ristorante sempre attento e puntuale ad ogni nostra richiesta.Una menzione particolare alla signora Nicoletta,vero punto di forza dell’hotel. p.s. cosa da evidenziare la particolare attenzione che hanno rivolto al nostro cucciolo di cane 🐶 Ippolito

Da anni prendevamo l'aperitivo al bar dell'hotel e anche qualche cena ma quest'anno...delusi! Ci e' stata portata via la ciotolina delle patatine dello spritz prima che fossero finite e alla ns richiesta di averne delle altre...accompagnate peraltro da un ulteriore calice di prosecco...ce le siamo trovate nel conto...senza avvertimento...per.....soli.? 3 euro!!! Ovviamente me li posso permettere,altrimenti non prenderei l'aperitivo qui ma credo sia corretto avvertire del sovrapprezzo... Quest'anno camerieri troppo...svenevoli che poi a volte ridacchiavano sotto i baffi come si dice...dei clienti.... BOCCIATO!!!!non ci tornero' piu'

Location is in the top centre of Cortina d’ Ampezzo. Service is experienced and fast. Breakfast is good.. Same type of the room (same price) can be quite different, what maybe is not fair. Our was (little) outdated with special systems for opening the windows. Anyhow we will remember our stay there.

Une grande chambre bien équipée avec un balcon fleuri. Salle de bain moderne avec une belle douche à l'italienne très pratique. La grosse valise se cache bien dans l'armoire en restant utilisable... Super pratique. Peignoir et chaussons mis à disposition. Pas indispensable, et taille unique, mais l'intention y est. P'tit dej très bien fourni, de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts. Personnel aimable et serviable. Parking pas très loin, facile d'accès une fois qu'on s'est fait expliqué le fonctionnement. Par contre, le quartier est un peu bruyant (touristes et animations le soir, activités du matin qui démarrent assez tôt). Attention aussi aux horaires du clocher de l'église (très proche) ... Pas forcément compatible de tous les rythmes de sommeil :)
