Very satisfactory hotel! Because the B&B we booked was temporarily having its heating repaired, the landlord recommended this hotel! After checking in, I felt like I had met you too late! 10 minutes drive from the town of Cortina d'Ampezzo! Excellent location! Nice scenery! The handsome guy at the front desk was attentive and enthusiastic, and very humorous! There is an elevator! The room was clean and tidy, the only thing was that there was no free bottled water! But the minibar is not expensive! Highly recommend! There is indoor parking, free of charge. If I hadn't booked a B&B, I would have definitely stayed a few more days. The hotel rents snowboards very conveniently and has a shuttle bus. Breakfast was good too! Very satisfied! Good value for money!

Definitely not 4 star, maybe 2 and not worth the price we paid for a family room. Don’t make the same mistake to book in advance, they lower the rates 30% in time. Hotel is not vintage old, it is old old from 70s. We could barely move in the shower. Fitness center is in an old basement and has 3 basic equipment, no weights at all. Sauna is also same, small one stuck in a basement (by reservation). Jakuzzi is an overground jakuzzi for 4, again by reservation only. Positive thing is the staff, they’re very friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast is good, not wonderful like others mentioned. Omlette etc. is extra charge. Indoor pool is also good.

Fitness center is in an old basement and has 3 basic equipment, no weights at all. Sauna is also same, small one stuck in a basement (by reservation). Jakuzzi is an overground jakuzzi for 4, again by reservation only. Not sure how this hotel got a 4*, need to check with the authorities. Fire exits have carpets and furniture to flame first during a fire before you can escape (that is how 78 people died recently in Grand Kartal Hotel fire). Positive thing is the staff, they’re very friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast is good, not wonderful like others mentioned. Omlette etc. is extra charge. Indoor pool is also good but you need to put a hair cap for which you will pay.

Personale eccezionale. Da Luca e Laura alla reception, a Salvatore, Cristian e Antonio al ristorante, a Christian alla SPA, sino a Federico per la logistica. Struttura immersa nel verde con vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Ambiente rilassante, confortevole e silenzioso. Ideale per una vacanza volta al relax. Cucina prelibata, grazie allo Chef Antonio, resident da quasi 25 anni.

l'albergo è in una bellissima posizione, ma è datato e certamente necessiterebbe di interventi di ri-ammodernamento. Il bagno della nostra camera era piccolo, da sistemare con urgenza (es.macchie di muffa e tavoletta rotta), e c’era un forte odore di chiuso, ma per il resto gli spazi erano ok, i letti puliti e grandi, la camera in generale confortevole. C’è anche il garage. Colazione davvero top!!! Poi sono stati tutti davvero gentilissimi.
