The location is relatively remote, with nothing nearby. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center. The hotel has its own parking lot. The attitude of the front desk and breakfast service staff was very good.

Bellissimo soggiorno di relax presso questa struttura, moderna e accogliente alle porte di Cortina e che gode di una splendida vista, ma soprattutto riservatezza e tanto silenzio. Ottimi i servizi la pulizia e la disponibilità. Veramente bella la Spa per non parlare della qualità, completa di piscina, idromassaggio, zona relax, bagno turco ecc., e zona beauty "massaggi" La qualità del cibo e la colazione veramente completa con il personale molto gentile e preparato. Garage coperto, molto comodo e spazioso, che si può raggiunge direttamente con l’ascensore. La camera una junior suite, situata nella parte nuova della struttura, la consigliamo vivamente, spaziosa tutta in legno, accogliente con bagno in marmo e ottimi accessori e rifiniture, molto silenziosa. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Augusto, persona molto cordiale, affabile con gli ospiti. Disponibile e attento ai minimi particolari, assicurandosi che il cliente sia soddisfatto del soggiorno in modo sublime a 360gradi. Quando avremmo bisogno di una nuova ricarica torneremo a Cortina e sarà all’hotel Lajadira.

Junior suite spaziosa e molto pulita, personale cordiale e molto disponibile in tutte le aree. Spa ampia e ben strutturata. Una menzione particolarmente postiva va alla cameriera Letizia che ci ha accompagnato in maniera piacevolissima per tutto il soggiorno.

My partner and I had the chance to stay at Lajadira recently and had a great time. The whole crew was very welcoming, I especially enjoyed talking and the help of Augusto who has been nice to me and my family. We also had the chance to get into the spa and love every bit of it. We had a couple massage that was fantastic, Stefania and Romina were very kind to get us booked and I particularly enjoyed Stefania’s massage as an athlete I look for a very specific treatment and it was fantastic! We’ll be back for sure 💛

Fomos recebidas no hotel com muita cortesia e atenção. Augusto foi muito educado e fala perfeitamente o português. O hotel foi recentemente reformado e está maravilhoso. Existe uma parte nova, mas ficamos extremamente satisfeitas com o quarto recentemente reformado. Muito aconchegante e moderno. Chuveiro e roupas de cama perfeitos, além dos agrados que nos fornecem (bilhete de boas vindas, biscoitos e até chocolates). O café da manhã e restaurante do hotel são impecáveis. Enfim, chegamos a conclusão de que não teria como ser melhor nossa estadia em Cortina D’Ampezzo. A localização é excelente, muito próxima ao Centro. Nao bastassem todas essas qualidades, há um serviço de SPA no hotel, com uma piscina muito agradável para descansar. Agradecemos muito pela atenção de todos os envolvidos. Recomendo de olhos fechados. ☺️

Ho soggiornato due giorni a Giugno, non sono solito scrivere recensioni ma purtroppo questa volta mi sento costretto visto il pessimo servizio. Le carenze in fase di gestione sono evidenti a partire dal parcheggio fino alla colazione, con attese immense per avere un caffè, probabile la mancanza di personale a quanto ho sentito dire.. . Una nota di merito va fatta alle povere donne delle pulizie dell'est che dalla mattina alla sera corrono per far trovare pulito tutto. La camera prenotata aveva l'affaccio su una gru che copriva tutto il panorama... lascio a voi le conclusioni. Bocciati! P.M

This hotel is suffering from a raw sewage backup smell that has prevented me from opening a door or window. It has permeated my entire floor. It also has a significant propane leak which is noxious and dangerous. The room ventilation does not work. I complained to management each day from my first day. They said my room was non refundable no matter what the problem is. They haven't corrected either problem and wouldn't let me out of my reservation even though I told them I am severely asthmatic. My 2 friends have experienced the same issue with their rooms. There is also a construction site next door. The hotel itself is pretty inside (outside not so much), the food is great and the spa is lovely. The staff is gracious except for management, who doesn't care about client service. The stink of it all! Stay away.

We stayed here for the weekend. Hotel about twenty minutes away from the center on foot (very nice walk on the cycle path), always present shuttle service to go to and from the center of Cortina. Nice and spacious room with everything you need, from the courtesy set to the coffee machine. Spa not very large but complete with every service. Excellent and complete breakfast! Very kind staff. A great experience!

Hotel is nice but grossly overpriced. We have stayed in several 4 stars hotels in that region that provided similar or even better experience for a lower price. Even though we paid $470 per room (& breakfast) supposedly with a view we were given a room with no view. After complaining we were moved to a better room. We also found out that our non-refundable rate paid well in advance was HIGHER than the current rate. Location is a bit out of the center. There were other minor issues. Again the overall experience was fine but it was not a good value. I wouldn’t return.
