There are no blackout curtains in the room, only gauze curtains. There is no soundproofing, you can clearly hear the coughing and snoring next door. I didn't sleep all night, so I moved to a different room the next day, which was slightly better. Maybe Ctrip's price to suppliers is too low, so hotels always leave the worst rooms to Ctrip customers. This is not the first time that we have encountered this, but it has happened repeatedly. The ultimate victims are Ctrip’s customers, including Black Diamond customers. Learn a lesson and don’t need to book hotels with Ctrip in the future. un magnifique petit hotel avec des chambres décorées à l'ancienne et très originales. un vrai monument historique ! l'accueil est particulièrement sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est superbe ! nous avons eu le plaisir de decouvrir la chambre ' Tofane " Superbe expérience. A noter des produits de bain de première qualité ! le seul reproche serait que la chambre reste très petite ! je rcommande tout de même cette expérience car cet hôtel possède un charme fopu !

We just finished a 5 night stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, our room was a very good size and very comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a great shower. The bed and linens were very comfortable. There also was plenty of room for our clothing, etc. There was a welcome fruit plate when we arrived and there is also a Nespresso machine and tea available in the room. Breakfast was excellent - there is a good selection of items on the buffet and you can also get eggs pretty much any way you'd like. I want to acknowledge the staff - every person we met was exceptional. I don't know all their names, but a big thank you to all of them. They all care about helping you and making sure you have a good stay. Special thank you to Michelle, who never seems to leave and is always asking how she can help. We wish you all the best.
