Hotel in struttura completamente ristrutturata. Personale efficiente, preparato cordiale e mai invasivo. Piscina interna con idromassaggi di nuova concezione. posizione ottima per escursioni estive in montagna e vicina agli impianti di risalita. Aprica si trova in posizione strategica per raggiungere diverse località turistiche.

Sono un autista hotel molto bello mi sono trovato bene ,ma il mio voto va specialmente al Maitre SALVATORE molto molto professionale e si vede che lavora per piacere non per dovere. Mi piacerebbe che diventasse DIRETTORE.

Personale educato ed efficiente. Ottimo la qualità della ristorazione. Solo il buffet delle insalate e dei dolci è self service per il resto viene tutto servito dai camerieri. Piscina con idromassaggio e spazio esterno veramente apprezzato. Ospiti piuttosto maturi, pochi bambini... per chi ama il relax.

Sono diversi anni che vengo a soggiornare con la mia amica sempre in agosto e mi sento come in famiglia. Non sempre tutto procede al 100% ma consiglio questa struttura. Ha molto verde e due piscine ( una interna e una esterna ) veramente belle.

Ho trascorso una settimana con la mia moglie in pensione completa presso l’Hotel Cristallo Wellness di Aprica. L’hotel si presenta curato, elegante e ben organizzato: le camere sono confortevoli, pulite e arredate con gusto; la zona wellness, con le sue piscine, rappresenta un vero punto di forza per chi cerca momenti di relax e benessere. Un plauso particolare desidero rivolgerlo al Maître Salvatore, esempio di rara professionalità, cortesia e attenzione al cliente. Insieme al suo staff, è riuscito a trasformare la nostra vacanza in un’esperienza davvero memorabile, facendoci sentire costantemente accolti e coccolati. Un sentito ringraziamento anche allo Chef, al pasticcere Laurenzio che hanno saputo deliziarci con una cucina di ottimo livello. I suoi risotti, in particolare, si sono distinti per equilibrio, creatività e una cottura sempre impeccabile. Siamo stati la settimana di ferragosto in questo splendido hotel .. ci siamo veramente rilassati,la piscina immersa tra il verde delle montagne con un panorama mozzafiato ... Il ristorante cibo buonissimo accompagnato dal professionale maitrê Salvatore sempre sorridente e attento a ogni nostra esigenza .. un elogio anche alla direttrice sempre presente e attenta .. vicinissimo all' hotel si trovano negozi di alimentari farmacia edicola tabacchi negozi vari tutto a portata di mano.. nel complesso una bellissima vacanza speriamo di tornare presto .. consigliatissimo
