Il nostro soggiorno a L Boscareto Resort ha avuto alti e bassi. Il punto di forza indiscusso della struttura è la qualità del cibo, che si distingue per raffinatezza e sapori unici. Il servizio in sala è impeccabile, con personale attento e professionale che rende l’esperienza culinaria ancora più piacevole. La cantina dei vini è eccellente, con una vasta selezione di etichette prestigiose, perfetta per gli appassionati del vino. Tuttavia, la spa è piuttosto limitata per una struttura 5 stelle L. Offre solo una sauna di piccole dimensioni, un bagno turco e una piscina interna, senza la possibilità di accedere a una zona esterna, cosa che ci aspettavamo da un resort di questo livello. L'arredo delle camere è semplice e purtroppo non all'altezza delle foto promozionali. Abbiamo anche riscontrato problemi con la pulizia: la prima sera ci siamo svegliati a causa della presenza di un ragno in camera, un dettaglio che ha influenzato la nostra percezione del soggiorno. Nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata altalenante, con aspetti eccellenti legati alla ristorazione e al servizio, ma con margini di miglioramento significativi per quanto riguarda la spa e la pulizia delle camere.

La vista delle camere e la qualità del cibo sono indiscutibili. Staff gentile e professionale. Per essere un albergo a 5 stelle L mi sarei aspettata sicuramente una Spa. più grande (non solo una piscina), una colazione più abbondante (di qualità ma scarsa) e spazi esterni più curati (capisco che siamo in inverno ma la vegetazione è completamente abbandonata). È davvero un incantevole rifugio nel verde con vista mozzafiato sui vigneti delle Langhe e sui suoi castelli. Curata ed allestita con molto gusto ed eleganza la parte esterna di relax fuori dalla piscina che è molto bella. Molto positiva la nostra esperienza al Sunsi bistrot che propone un menù che soddisfa tutti i gusti da cui abbiamo attinto piatti interessanti e gustosi ottimo il vino Arneis prodotto dalla casa che ci è stato consigliato. Servizio attento e cordiale, in generale l'atmosfera è da vero 5 stelle. Consigliatissimo.
