Wat een waanzinnige plek naast de rivier in het beboste achterland van Corte. Hotel inrichting heeft Scandinavische sfeer met strak design en gebruik van natuurlijke materialen. Kamers schoon en ook al enigszins minimalistisch wel sfeervol. Ontbijt is super. In dorp en tegenover hotel veel leuke/goede restaurants

Un hotel inolvidable, desde la calidad de la construcción, de los productos ofrecidos, hasta la atención de su dueña Natalie y de la calidez de Marcela , con sus delicias en el desayuno, Mumi y todo el personal. Sin olvidar el paisaje que lo rodea. Fue como estar en casa!!

Nous y avons passé deux journées inoubliables. Le personnel est adorable, toujours de bonne humeur, toujours très poli. C’est incroyable. La chambre standard que nous avions se trouvait au première étage. La réceptionniste nous a montré la terrasse, le jardin oùon peut de baigner dans la Restonica et aussi notre chambre. Comme il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, un jeune homme a porté notre valise. La chambre était très belle , la salle de bains parfaite avec des produits de grande qualité. Le petit déjeuner est exquis. Dans la bibliothèque j’ai emprunté des livres sur l’histoire de la Corse et des poilus corses. Après une longue promenade dans la vallée, nous nous sommes reposés dans la piscine chauffée et ensuite bu un verre en admirant la nature époustouflante qui entoure ce beau domaine “dont tout ne respire que luxe et volupté”(Baudelaire). Le soir on s’est laissé séduire par les bons plats et les vins de l’auberge Restonica, qui se trouve à l’autre bout du parking, entouré de belles plantes choisies par un paysagiste talentueux.

Lieu et cadre magnifique, très jolie terrasse exterieure et très bonne literie. Délicieux cookies au petit dej Par contre, nous avons eu une chambre vue parking .... Petit déjeuner sans fromage corse.... Et piscine trouble avec une odeur désagréable Peut mieux faire vu le standing annoncé

Where to start.... a little bit of "Zen Heaven"... well that is a prelude to how you will feel if you commit a few days to Dominique Colonna. Located on the Tavignano River, this property is the ideal marriage of design,comfort, quiet sophistication plus an amazing staff. The rooms are warmly accessorized amidst building materials of the earth. Tile, wood, stone and the evolving wealth of the surrounding forest. I guarantee you will find yourself exploring with an ever widening smile. Breakfast is remarkable with so many beautiful options all lovingly and locally sourced- a great start to any day. Corte also offers opportunities to investigate but trust those stars at the front desk are well versed to head you in the right direction or make dinner reservations at "a Casuccia" or "U Museu" both excellent choices. Many many thank-yous to Natalie, Presley, Elianna and everyone in the kitchen. I wish we were there right now.

A corte pour le baptême de ma niece, j’ai découvert Un havre de paix. La chambre , la piscine , le petit déjeuner tout est waou!! vous serez hors du temps. Le jardin traversé par la restonica est un lieu de médiation hors du commun. J’y retournerai c’est certain.

We had a fantastic experience corresponding with Mihaela at Dominique Colonna. Unfortunately, due to storm damage, we were unable to stay there, but the owners promptly contacted us and were a great help in recommending and assisting with our booking of alternate lodgings. They were the perfect picture of hospitality, and we hope to stay with them in the future.
