The room was dirty: crumbles on the counter and chair, hair on the towels, floors. Bedsheets were stained, pillowcase was inside out. Sticky tables with some dirt on it. We asked for another room. The new one had an unfinished open redbull on the bathroom counter with a vape?? The host didn't care, said it's just from the repairman. Also there was an eyelash on the bedside table. So surfaces are not wiped at all, the eyelash was on the plain sight. That same night we asked if we could cancel the reservation for the next night, because we didnt want to stay in that place. We were told by 2 people at the desk that we will be able to cancel and get a refund (i asked about refund for the 2nd night since it was a x4 rate for the holiday night), but they said we would have to do it next morning. Okay. Next morning we came to the help desk, and i believe it was the same person we saw last night, but he pretended we didnt talk about the cancelation. It was hard to understand him through thick Indian accent. But evemtually he said we successfully canceled our 2nd night and will get refund. We planned to stay 2 nights, but the place was so filthy we had to leave. Please return money for the 2nd night and the pet fee as well for the 2nd night. Also i don't believe the person and the check out canceled the reservation for the 2nd night, because I received a message about checking out only the next morning...
