Honestly disgusting! I have no words changed rooms after finding the bed stained in blood got moved to an other room hoping to be better but it was nasty. The remote was missing the room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes oh and the heater on the air conditioning don’t work, the shower tub cracked & the bathroom door dirty! Did go down to complain all I was told was to basically check out with no refund because they had already moved me to an other room and said that the room I was in was vacant for the past 3 days because there was a drain problem so it should be cleaned… Disgusting & front desk not helpful just rude
