Absolutely amazing customer service the staff was incredible and I really enjoyed my stay! The morning front desk offered me to go water and no one does that ! Stay here got a great rate 😁

The facilities were good and clean the pricing of the breakfast was ridiculous. If you stay here do not stay on the first floor you hear all the noise coming from second floor. All nigh long we heard some one jumping or running around on the 2nd floor.

If all you need is a place to sleep, and aren’t concerned with cleanliness or basic amenities, book this hotel. Upon arrival we noticed significant stains on the carpet, couch and ottoman; it looked like someone walked in with muddy/filthy boots and just tried to wipe them on every surface in the room. The bathroom clearly was not cleaned, they just replaced the towels. They did not provide hand soap of any kind, instead we were given a makeup remover wipe. The shower had dried shampoo/conditioner stuck to the walls. The soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles were almost empty, and I found several pieces of hair stuck to them and the shower walls. The shower curtain looked like it had mud on it as well. I decided to go dorm-style and wear my flip flops in the shower. I wish I could say the bed was the saving grace, but I found hairs in the sheets and pillow cases. The second floor ice machine was busted, as were the laundry facilities. We only came to Corpus Christi for the beach, otherwise the whole town is “meh” at best. All we needed was a CLEAN place to sleep, and this hotel did not deliver.

I had 2 separate stays here and I must praise the staff here. They are all very pleasant and super helpful. The rooms left much to be desired. Carpets are old and stained and if you look under the beds you can tell they haven’t been deep cleaned in months. First stay had 2 roaches on the carpet and the second one the roach was in the bed! My room had a sofa was that was also stained and dusty. This hotel is due for a huge renovation and needs better pest control.

Stains on pillow cases, shower curtain and walls... thank god I was just there for 5 hours.
