This has been the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Damp feeling room, low water pressure, shabby furnishings, slow drains, sink stopper inoperable, bathroom light is like a strobe until it’s been on awhile…...the list goes on. No maid service unless requested. This place used to be nice, and the price still reflects that, but the quality certainly does not! “Complimentary happy hour and light snacks” are a joke. Worst hotel stay ever!

This Embassy Suites is very old and in dire need of renovations. There is rust, water stains and mold in the rooms and lobby area. Their tvs are very antiquated with only basic channels. There are no usb ports to charge electronics. No housekeeping service, you can request “light service”. Their website says the have a restaurant but at check in we were told it is permanently closed. The happy hour food was baby carrots, broccoli, pita chips and crackers thrown in a metal bowl and ranch dressing and hummus for dipping. The free breakfast was ok but not replenished when empty. The juice machine apparently broke because no juices after the first day. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The courtyard, lounge, bar and pool area is well designed. I have always loved the layout with Embassy suites. The two piece bedroom and living/dining are are great for working vacations. The breakfast will fill you up with great options and to top it off pet friendly!
