The hotel posts signs that they are under construction but that can not and should not excuse filth. We found hair and stains on towels. The couch bed had left over candy from a previous guest. Crumbs were all over the mattress pad. I turned in the linens that evening and requested new ones. Was told they had no clean towels or mattress cover to give me. NO CLEAN TOWELS. How is that possible? I asked the next morning. Same answer. I did get new towels at some point the next day while we were gone. Still no mattress pad. That means they never wash those, nor do they replace them. The air vents are filthy. The room is rundown. I do not recommend staying here

I would like to know whether RESIDENCE INN AUSTIN THE DOMAIN AREA provides Complimentary Happy Hour as like in other Restaurants. I am travelling in month of Jan 2024. And would like know the menu provided for Breakfast & Happy Hour (if Provided).

Breakfast was acceptable. The staff were all excellent that we were in contact with. Maintenance: Holes in the wall and side door in 123 were painted over but not repaired; see pics. Front door: 1/2 opening Pool heater not working Side entrances don't lock. TV operations clumbsy Comp Cookines at the desk are stale. No body soap at pumps in showers, and bottles make it impossible to read what is in them with existing light and light color writing on the bottles. With the exception of conditioner., it had a different colored bottle and plain writing. The microwave turn table does not fit the room microwave. Trust me, there's more, but I doubt anyone cares. It's obvious to this old man that the manager of this motel either doesn't or the owners don't and won't let them manage.

Do not stay here because you will be exposed to mold and unhealthy air quality. Please do not stay at this hotel. Our experience was a nightmare. First of all, our room 117 had leaks from the ceiling because of something that happened upstairs. This is understandable because things happen. However, the staff was not considerate at all for this incident. Front desk employee Andrew De La Rosa provided my husband with keys to a new room. Room 302. This is all that was done. I am pregnant and I was slipping on all the water spills on the floor. No one brought a do not slip sign for safety of others, no one brought a mop. NOTHING. Assistant Manager Kayla Hernandez was on shift and she did NOTHING. My husband asked for a trash can to help with the leaks and a large trash can was brought with a floating CONDOM! I had a 2 year old son in the room just staring at it float. The next day my son woke up sick, I took him to the doctor and turns out it was mold exposure. My husband was on his knees with towels trying to dry the floors. Then when we went to the new room "302" it was filthy with mold everywhere. AC VENTS, Above the cabinets and on the wallpaper. The electrical wall panel was full of condensation water and mold as well. There were roaches in the cabinets. VERY unhealthy for anyone to breathe in these rooms. Nonetheless, I was the one who requested for something to be done about my belongings that got damaged. I had to be the one to bring it to Kayla's attention. Very inconsiderate hotel staff and lazy. This place is filthy with mold. Something has happened on the 3rd floor regarding water damage and they have just been patching up the repairs with paint and cover ups. NOT treating the root cause of the mold issue! Do not stay here because you will be exposed to mold and unhealthy air quality. Vice President of the hotel Wilfredo Barrera has emailed me back and has stated he would call me but I have NOT received any phone calls.

This hotel is nasty and has deteriorated to the point of gross and unsafe. NEVER stay here. There is no value. You will still pay almost $200/night for a dirty and unsafe environment. My room was close to an exit which only locked when you manually pulled the door shut and it was so hard to get out, it wasn't worth locking it. You had to walk by old sheetrock which sat there all week unused to get into the hotel. They taped over the door entry key card lock the second day so good job securing the hotel. The room wasn't awful. My co-worker had a room upstairs and the fire sprikler dripped onto her suitcase, making everything wet. If you call them after for anything, you will get attitude and I promise you that they do not care if you ever come back. Duely noted. Marriott loyalty means nothing to these people so don't be loyal to them. Good news is that almost all the Hilton properties in Corpus have good reviews so best to stay here than here. Good luck.

Amazing Andrew at the front desk and Melissa, Housekeeping, provide exceptional, professional, and kind service. Andrew went above and beyond to take care of every request that I made. Room was spotless with freshly cleaned carpet. Hotel is near many restaurants and shopping. Evening hostess was ever so accommodating and friendly. Free light dinner, beer, wine, and soda provided. No charge! Breakfast was a wide selection of items for everyone's taste. Hotel is perfect for a short-term or long-term stay. You will love it.

It's been a couple years since last visit. Happy Hour is not as happy: they no longer offer complimentary wine (ticket) just beer and the house wine was $10 a glass. I didn't see any snacks on a week night. However, I was impressed with breakfast, if you like oatmeal, they offered chocolate chips & craisins, very nice!

Karla is amazing! Best check in experience I’ve had! She was super friendly. Very attentive. I felt at home! Thank you so much Karla! We will come back and stay here just because of YOU!! My Wife and I had a great time and enjoyed your professionalism!
