Be careful when booking at this hotel. I booked three nights back in September (3 months ago) and unfortunately I couldn’t get to Corozal due to COVID restrictions at the border. Tried cancelling however the hotel manager was totally unempathetic and has kept on trying to charge my credit card for the past three months, they have attempted charging my card over 20 times for different amounts, which is pretty much fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING WITH THEM. A message to the owner, sad to see how obsessed you got with my cancellation. Sad how much you need the $130 to have kept trying personally to charge my card.
