Take the children to play on the weekends, and find that there is no hot water when playing in the water by the sea when going back to the room to take a bath. Called the front desk and waited for half an hour before the workers came to repair it. Because I had reserved dinner, I couldn't wait to fix it, so I had to go to dinner first.
Come back for dinner and find that there is still no hot water! Called the front desk again, waited for nearly an hour, and made several phone calls during the call to see the repair.
Such a high-end resort hotel, there was no hot water in the room, and the maintenance staff came very slowly! Children wait until 10 pm to have a hot bath to sleep!
Called the front desk to complain, asked to speak with the manager, and was told that there was no manager at night ... speechless!
Called Ctrip customer service to complain and was asked to take a picture without hot water! Excuse me, how can I make a film without hot water? ? !! Ctrip's customer service said that it would give 100 yuan for exemption. Can you spend more than 6,300 to book a high-end seaside resort hotel, and encountered super mentally handicapped problems without hot water, can 100 yuan solve the problem? ? ?

Le camere sufficientemente spaziose con discreta vista sul laghetto dei fenicotteri. Ristorante solo con take away per il covid ma mai provato... Giudizio in generale positivo

A pretty large resort, but with personal attention by the staff. Ground were well appointed. The rooms were very well appointed, beds comfortable, people serving us were pleasant. Would never hesitate to recommend the place. Can't wait to go back. My only complaints as follows - the one bartender at the Tequila Bar definitely wasn't into serving people with a smile. I asked him what beer he had available and he said ”some domestics and some imports”, turned and walked away. That was a turnoff. The other people who served us over the 3 nights were all fine, but not him. Also, we were on the 15th floor, yet surprisingly we could hear conversations down in the pool area, and especially the music playing. I found that as being a little odd. That is the only reason for dropping it down from 5 stars.

First and foremost, this is a Hostel not a hotel, if you do not know what a hostel is or have not stayed in one before in the US or outside the country I recommend taking a little time to research so you understand where you will be staying. Having said that, I have stayed in hostels in 7 countries and this place is extremely clean and well run. There is a mix of travelers / visitors and people who are using it as a place until they get something more permanent. Since rent for a place in San Diego starts at the price of this place and goes way up from here, 2000 for a studio to 6000 for a 2 bedroom, this is unsurprising. Each pod is divided off by its own curtain and there are about 7 pods per dorm, Each pod also has it's own corresponding locker which has enough space for everything from a normal regulation carry on bag. I made sure to keep all valuables locked in there when not in the hostel and had no issues and felt safe at all times, I left a few items in my pod on the rack and hooks each day and never saw any evidence of any tampering or the like and when the curtain was drawn I doubt there would be. If you will be staying for any time there is a small communal kitchen space where everyone may make meals. Basic utensils, pots, pans, spices, cutlery and dining ware are all available for use, just do your part and clean up after yourself. If you are going to buy food, use the provided cool or cold storage or locker and be sure to label it. Coffee and Tea were available each morning I was there as well. The communal areas were all very clean and the people sharing them were a mixed bag of humanity and generally all friendly and conversational. I met a few of the regulars who live there and some who have used it when between homes or when coming out to stay for a time and while I would agree some were not people I would hang out with normally none were offensive or threatening and in fact like other hostels I have been in most just want to be accepted as they are and will take you as you come. The staff were pleasant and courteous in all interactions I had with them and gave good advice each time I asked including where to eat, best way to get somewhere, and general conversation. My only complaints have to do with some maintenance issues, some of the fixtures in the bathrooms and especially the showers are showing the wear of a few years of use and minor neglect. Also, the latches on the dorm doors tend to catch and so are very loud and disturbing at night when they thunk to a stop rather than close smoothly and quietly. I have already booked for my next stay in about 2 months and would recommend it to others so long as they understand the communal aspects of staying here.

We had called to check in early because my wife wanted to go get her nails done and I wished to stay at the hotel instead. Ms. Chuong at the front desk was exceptionally accommodating and so polite over the phone. Upon check in, Ms. Chuong and Ms. Cecilia greeted me at the front desk, checked me in with no delay, and even gave me a choice of what floor I would like to stay. There were a few toiletry items I was not able to take on the flight and the ladies at the front desk were excellent at getting me what I needed at no extra cost. Once I got to my room I noticed it was extraordinarily updated, and cleaned from top to bottom by Ms. Anna. Do not get me started on how comfortable the beds are and how quiet the hotel is. I could sleep till noon if I am not careful. Overall very satisfied!

Our experience at this hotel was great, from checkin to follow up! We only stayed one night, but all of stay, plus our hurried departure, went very smoothly. Front desk reception is very welcoming. Our room was OK - I believe this is an older hotel, because the bathrooms are tiny. The room was impeccably clean. On our departure morning, we arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by Alice. She told us the price of the buffet breakfast was $20. per person, but asked if we were Marriott members. She took the time to go to the desk and check our status, and returned to tell us that our breakfast buffet was free. (Don't miss being greeted by Alice!). The buffet was much better than those you might experience at other hotel chains, and service was excellent - Alice was overseeing. We left in a rush, and I realized when we got to the airport that I had left my sweater. I called when we returned home and talked to Midge at Reception. Midge immediately put me on hold, and returned to say she had found the sweater and would mail it back to me. (Thanks to executive housekeeper Carina). We also received a personal email from Julie after our return, thanking us for staying with them. This hotel is just off a very busy Interstate, but is a real oasis. Again, the reception staff was most helpful to recommend restaurants nearby. You will feel like a very special person at the hands of the Sheraton staff.

胡胡The room is too small, 15 square meters? If you put 2 boxes, there will be no place to stand, no elevator, and the baggage needs to pick it up. Location is OK, five minutes walk from the beach, there are Mexican restaurants inside and outside the breakfast. It is not recommended to stay in a family. It is too small to catch up with Hong Kong and Japanese hotels.
GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay here. On an island where hotels are super expensive, this is a real gem. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. It came with a mini fridge, mini sink and microwave. The room is large and spacious. The free breakfast was quite good…not just a continental…lots of variety. Even was able to satisfy my vegan daughter. It’s about a 30 minute walk from the downtown and beach but it’s an easy walk. There is also a free shuttle bus that can take you up if walking is an issue or you’re tired. It comes by every 15 minutes and stops right near the hotel. For the money it’s a great option! I would stay again. PS they have ample free onsite parking.
GGuest UserExceptional staff, facilities and stay! I have stayed here on several occasions on business. This time was by far the best. Loews Cornoado took considerable efforts to make sure people felt safe during these Covid times. Staff was both friendly and helpful. Room was great! Overall, a great stay!
Giudizio in generale positivo
GGuest UserService from everyone was excellent. Employees all seemed happy to be there. The hotel is old so the noticeable imperfections are understood including the size of the room. It’s a very nostalgic excellent location to stay. I must need to get out more to appreciate the charges for the stay. After paying $500 a night I assumed most charges were covered. I did not notice the fee of $75/night for parking. I understand paying a historical restoration fee being built in to the cost but not charged after. A daily charge of $35 for internet and exercise classes that I wasn’t aware of I felt was also something that should be built in to the cost to stay. From a cost standpoint it’s not for the faint of heart to eat and drink however the quality was good, even the $12 ice cream cone.
陈陈The hotel breakfast is average, the hotel is not big and the swimming pool is very small. The hotel is relatively beautiful, with supermarkets, bars, etc. next to it, making it easy to travel. Drive to the aircraft carrier museum very close.
