My husband and I had our flight to Coron cancelled due to a very strong typhoon called Man-yi and we were not able to arrive in Coron until 3 days later. I contacted the accommodation to see if they could give me a refund (even though the free cancellation period had already passed) as it was an inconvenience that was not our fault. However, they charged me everything and neither Trip nor they gave me any solution.

Very accommodating staffs, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and what we really liked about this is accessibility! Very near from the town and motor rental/s just beside and front of the hotel. Really great accom! Will reco and come back again soon 💯

Hotel propre, literie propre, eau chaude sous la douche 'récente appréciable. Climatiseur ancien et bruyant; malgré tout laissé la nuit, et au matin murs mouillés et linges humides ! Petits déjeuners minimalistes : café uniquement; pas de lait frais, ni thé, ni chocolat; pain de mie limite mangeable, oeufs ok. Equipe aimable. Technicien top : j'ai fait appel à lui 2 fois (bonde lavabo bloquée fermée, coffre fort serrure bloquée) il est venu dans les 5 minutes et a réglé les problèmes. Piscine très appréciable même si petite.
