The hotel is located a bit far from the center. But this is also a plus, because it is quiet. There is McDonald's and a massage SPA salon 300 meters away. We booked excursions at the hotel, they were organized perfectly. Good breakfasts. There is a swimming pool. The room is modern and clean. The hotel exceeded all expectations.

Excellent quiet hotel. The air conditioner worked silently, roosters and road noise did not disturb. It is located 15 minutes walk from the center, near McDonald's. There is a safe, toiletries, a soft bed. Excellent deep pool, at the reception they helped to organize a transfer from the airport and a transfer to the port early in the morning. They packed us breakfast for the road. Many thanks for our vacation.

Well located hotel, a little away from the intense hustle and bustle of the center, easy scooter rental in front of the hotel for 400 PHP for 12 hours. Nice pool to relax.
Spacious room, lacks a little soundproofing.

Very cozy and welcoming. Very easy to get back to and leave using TukTuks. The staff were very helpful with airport pick up and drop off. Great breakfast too

Me and my cousin recently travel to Coron and stayed at Charms Hotel located not too far from the town proper which is quieter and not busy crowded.The room and amenities were basic. Small improvement on maintenance and housekeeping such as dirty shower head and broken toilet door lock as well as stains on linens. Service was alright however there is still room for improvement on staffs engaging more on their guests and promoting local informations about Coron especially to those first timers. All in all a pleasant stay in Charms Hotel.
