Really enjoyed my time here stayed for eight nights in total and after travelling all over the Philippines this hotel was the best. Room was large great big comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Most of all it was very quiet with next to no external noise. The breakfast was good usual Filipino foods and restaurant was good also. Definitely recommended from a well travelled person.
Only negative was poor wifi and a gym would have been a good addition.

The hotel is located a bit far from the center of life, but it is not a problem at all, tuk tuk 30 pesos/person one way always at the hotel or rent a scooter, also at the hotel there is a parking lot. Friendly staff, did not like the room - asked, they changed, the bed is the best of our entire trip and all the hotels (we drove more than 5 different ones and, including, more expensive), but such a soft cloud only here for me after a busy day, I slept there comfortably, like nowhere else. Good breakfasts, always a choice: eggs are cooked to order, meat, fish, fruit, everything is delicious.

Right next door there is a bike rental and a tuk tuk parking lot, getting somewhere will never be a problem.

Very clean, charming, modern and luxurious hotel. You can tell it's new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the equipment was perfect and the bathroom had everything you needed, the taps and showers have a good flow of water (which is a change from other hotels in the Philippines that we have seen). The staff are very attentive and the rooms are cleaned every day. In addition, the location is clearly not a disadvantage, I even find it advantageous and avoids being in the noise of the city centre, tutuc transport in only 5-10 minutes and there is a scooter rental in front super good. I don't understand the bad reviews, because I think it's one of the best hotels I've tried in the Philippines. I recommend it!

The hotel was alright but we got distrusted late one night was no reason and we were asleep. Besides that, the location was good and so was the view from the rooftop
