I’m not one to usually choose a BW, and this one rises above all including some of the Other brands of hotels out there! Clean and well run. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and accommodating. I’d stay again.

We travel a fair amount and we find the Cornwall BW on the top of the list for hotels to stay in. Entering the hotel we were greeted by friendly staff and later found that the entire staff including restaurant staff and cleaning staff were cheerful and friendly. A true reflection on how the hotel is managed. The room was was extremely comfortable and the be felt unused. The included breakfast was hat and delicious and well stocked with the perfect presentation.

The hotel accommodations were in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and polite. I would love to visit the area again

This review is just for the restaurant. We have had many celebrations here over the 25 years we have lived here. We have started many birthdays with the terrific breakfast at the restaurant. I was surprised today when coming for my husband’s birthday to be told that breakfast is only a buffet. Now that wouldn’t be so bad except the quality was like the cheaper hotel chains. Powdered eggs etc. I was so disappointed and my heart went out to my husband who was looking forward to his favourite and special meal.

Beautiful rooms, trimmed in real wood. Nicely decorated. Conformable beds. Atmosphere is friendly and genuine. The Restaurant and lounge is beautifully finished. Most comfortable chairs and service is 10 out of 10. I will plan our trip so that it works out to stay here on our way East to Montreal, Quebec and East coast and way back, such a pleasurable venue to stay at.

We ate at the restaurant as a night out with friends. This place formerly had the best ribs in the area, which is why I booked our meal here. They discontinued the ribs, so it was a major let down. Also they were sold out of carrot cheese cake and pecan pie. Pretty unhappy with the visit.
