Hilton Garden Inn Corning Downtown

I’d stay here again. The beds were a little hard for my liking, but the breakfast was nice and the coffee was really pretty good for hotel coffee. The staff were lovely, and the parking was super convenient. We’re disabled, and the accessible rooms were great. The parking, the elevators, and the lovely staff meant we had a nice and safe stay. I’m thankful for this hotel and the staff, and would stay again.

We were traveling through Ohio and into New York. This was the 3rd hotel we stayed at and by far the very best. ( The other 2 were major brands). It was so wonderful to stay at a hotel that has finally returned to prepandemic conditions. So many hotels have slacked off on retuning to the once quality experience we expect and pay for. However, the Hilton Garden will not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They all seemed really happy in their jobs and working with each other. The hotel was very clean, both the lobby and our room. We went to the bar/ lounge area in the evening and Sarah was amazing. There were quite a few people at the bar but she moved smoothly around the room engaging everyone in conversation and making sure our orders were filled. The manager of this hotel has done a wonderful job with his/her staff since the level of employee satisfaction is evident! This hotel was outstanding and I would recommend it to my family and friends. If given the opportunity again to stay in or near Corning, this hotel will be my #1 choice
