My wife and I stayed at the Eden Crest one night on our tour of the Wild Atlantic Way. Josephine and her husband have recently renovated their house with sea view rooms and ensuite bathrooms. Barry has done an impeccable job of the renovation with excellent fit and finish. Josephine is very welcoming and puts out a fabulous cooked to order breakfast. I highly recommend this place. Be sure to visit Garinish Island in Glengarriff. It is a short boat ride from the harbor and is covered with beautiful English and Italian style gardens.

In April we stayed for 4 nights in this wonderful B&B in Bantry. Josephine and Barry were abosutely terrific hosts. Communication from our first e-mail and telephone contact up to our booking and before our arrival was very good. Upon our arrival we were greeted with drink of our choice (Prosecco for me and Irish Coffee for my husband) and shown around. Every room in the house is absolutely cosy and clean. We loved our room with a view of the sea, the breakfast room with a different tea-pot for each table and the guest lounge - which was rather a comfy living room. Both Barry and Josephine always had great suggestions on where to go, what to do and see and where to eat. They are a warm and friendly couple and your can tell they love being hosts. On top of this, Josephine is quite the artist with wonderful creative pieces (painted pictures and collages) she made herself around the house. Breakfast was fabulous and every dish prepared to order was delicious. There are enough parking spaces and even garden furniture for the guests. When going to Bantry you sure can't do better than this. Dear Josephine and Barry, thanks again for a wonderful time and sharing your wonderful house with us.

We had a lovely room with a very comfy bed. Breakfast was good and the hosts were so friendly. They gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner which was within easy walking distance. Good to find somewhere that didn’t require a two night stay.

Welch tolle Lage! Welch wunderschönes Luxus-B&B! Großes, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit tollem Blick, gutes Frühstück, freundliche Gastgeber – da gibt es gar nichts zu bemängeln. Ein absolutes Top-B&B! Der etwas überdurchschnittliche Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce BandB et ce fut un magnifique séjour. Merci à Joséphine et Barry pour les superbes petits déjeuners accompagnés de musique irlandaise, leurs conseils, leur bonne humeur. Ils sont vraiment à l'écoute et songent avant tout à vous faire plaisir et à rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Nous avions une grande chambre avec beaucoup de rangements et une très belle salle de bain avec douche et baignoire à bulles. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours. La maison est à 20 minutes à pied du centre donc tout à fait accessible. Très belle vue sur la baie depuis la maison.

We had a wonderful stay at the Edencrest in Bantry. Josephine and Barry are great hosts who are most helpful with local information and suggestions for places to visit. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. Room was very comfortable with a nice water view. Would definitely come back.
