clean, affordable compared to other hotels in the area these days, friendly staff, top class food and ample car parking.

Very nice hotel! More of a destination hotel to come and stay there. If you want to go into the city, you will have to arrange transportation there and back because the location is away from city center. But the hotel itself is fabulous and the staff very helpful with recommendations for dinner and sites to see.

I was on business visiting one of my companies sites on Little Island, Cork. The whole experience from check on Monday through to check out on Wednesday was excellent. The high level of service starting with the staff from reception, the coffee stand and restaurant bar were polite, efficient and helpful. In particular, the mercurial Paudi behind the bar - he made the stay even more enjoyable with his wit and conversations that we had. I am recommending this hotel to others, including to myself as I will be returning to Cork every other month and I will be booking into The Radisson Blu and next time using the SPA & other Leisure facilities. It was my pleasure to stay at this hotel. Thanks to all the staff I encountered during my stay. Narinder

Wonderful stay in a hotel which has good customer service cracked. Hospitality staff were just excellent. Lots of young smiling staff made our stay anything but run of the mill. Vouchers for choosing a greener option re towels and room service was a nice touch.

Avoid if you can. Very noisy rooms. I was there before (got a noise room, you could hear everything from the neighbor room) so this time I requested a quiet room, I got a room above the gym, extremely noise with an echo from the classes. Requested to change room and a rude "manager" who didn't apologized, said he didn't hear any noise and quiet time is at 11pm. Won't comeback.

The hotel room’s temperature is insane, cannot be modified. Outdated TV but The most disappointing thing was, was loud club music late at night and it started again at 7am. All guests on the 1st floor can hear it. Stayed here many times just not on the 1st floor. Insane they start that awful music at 7am, I assume it’s from the gym. 100% will not be staying here again.

Overall a great hotel. The upgraded rooms are quite large. Just a few comments/ complaints to give future customers a heads up. Our room came with a giant outdoor terrace, but it had no chairs to sit, was dirty, and only had a few dead plants. Location: about a 15 min car ride from downtown Cork; you need a car… parking in downtown very limited. Noise in evening: from loud occupants of room next door, outdoor on large terrace next to our room; we had to ask them to stop noise/ loud talking. Management did not approach them. BREAKFAST: Breakfast food: eggs cooked over easy were served cold to luke warm; you can request freshly cooked hot/ warm eggs, but have to know that you can, and ask for this option; Bread toaster requires at least 2 passes; Ran out of smoked salmon one morning; no cream cheese ( for USA customers); Breakfast staff not well versed in responding to customer requests/complaints. Had to ask for manager. POOL & GYM: Nice pool, but you have to wear a head cap; can purchase it. So using the pool is not free… Bring your gym & pool outfits. DINNER: Food in only restaurant in evenings: average, and limited menu. Do not order what they call “ steak”. Otherwise: no major other complaints. Front desk staff was EXCELLENT and super pleasant and helpful.

This hotel just keeps getting better & better. I have stayed here about 10 times, I love it, it’s so convenient to Cork city & surrounds, free safe parking included as well. The hotel itself is top class, rooms clean luxurious & spacious. I had a suite this time, such a fantastic experience. The staff are so pleasant & helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough,
