The best hotel in Cork, but unfortunately it is a bit far from the city center, more than 3 kilometers to the train station, and it is not very convenient to take the bus. What a breakfast! I loved it and service at breakfast time was impeccable. All the service was great. Wonderful big rooms beautifully made up and very clean. I was able to spend a little time in pool and jacuzzi and the fitness centre. The latter is small but has everything needed. Warning. The punch in the lobby was delicious and potent! I slept well but think that was mainly down to the incredibly comfortable beds. Was there with work but love to come back

This is the best hotel stay I've had in years, and I am determined to return. It's the warm welcome, the little tray of local delicacies waiting for me in my room when I checked in, the spacious and bright bathroom, the comfortable bedroom, the tea section lighting up with a motion sector in an otherwise dark room when I wake up in the morning, the modestry staircase to the spa so I could enjoy the facilities in the early morning and late afternoon, the excellent breakfasts, the aviary (!!) out on the hotel grounds- frankly it's every detail, large and small, about this hotel that makes it so extraordinary and wonderful. I can't recommend this hotel enough, if only for the live piano being played in the afternoons (see what I mean about details?)

The staff are superb, go above & beyond to assist (thank you Arissa for do diligently flagging my booking error!) We enjoyed a fabulous dinner, pate & steak were excellent - big call out to the staff Nikolay & Stanford. The bedrooms are just luxury - I love this hotel !

Best hotel stay I can recall in Hayfield Manor Hotel. Made a last minute booking on a Friday for the night, receptionist was the most accommodating and sweet. We were met by an employee Nathan, a complete gentleman, then followed by operations manager John in the lobby. He is an absolute credit to the establishment, made the check in process seamless and gave us all relevant info regarding our stay. Our room was beautifully furnished and spotless, and the personalised welcome card was such a lovely touch. Had a fabulous evening in the bar listening to the piano, followed by a truly 5 star breakfast service in the morning. Our stay was so good in fact, we decided we had to choice but to extend. We enquired at the desk would this be possible, and Nathan informed us it would be no problem, we could even stay in our original room. Spent the afternoon at the pool, and booked dinner in Perrotts. Food and service was 10/10, servers very attentive but by no means overbearing. I truly couldn’t recommend Hayfield Manor Hotel more, I couldn’t fault our stay if I tried. John their operations manager is the best of the best, we could have sat and chatted to him all day long. His passion for his role and hotel shined through in all interactions we saw him in. It’s a stay not to be missed!

A 2 night stay Hayfield Manor was booked as part of a special trip to Ireland with my son. Everything was perfect; a very warm welcome at Reception, afternoon drinks in the garden at Bloom, super comfortable and spotless accommodation. We really enjoyed the marvellous heated pool, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi Breakfast was fantastic, all you would wish for was available. The staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble and always offered a friendly greeting and a smile. Love this hotel and will certainly return - hopefully for longer next time
