Fairfield Inn & Suites Corinth South Denton Area

The first employee we encountered was very kind. All of the front desk staff were polite and helpful. But, as soon as we started having problems with our room and our reservations the manager was EXTREMELY rude. The manager has ZERO professionalism and even told me that she wanted to "get off the phone with me so she could enjoy her evening". She even went as far as to tell me that this whole situation was MY fault. Our room door wouldn't latch (which is a huge security risk), they refused to give us the type of room that they had promised after switching our rooms in the middle of the night without our permission, and the manager's response was essentially to "go stay somewhere else or pay for a new room here". I was also told that I would be charged the same amount for both nights. At some point they also increased the price for my 2nd night without notifying me and automatically charged my credit card for this "new" price that I wasn't told about. As a long time Elite status Marriot Bonvoy member this is probably the worst Marriot experience I've ever had. This manager was extremely unprofessional and I don't recommend this place to anyone. Avoid this hotel. I know I'll never be coming back here again.

This hotel is brand new, clean, and super affordable. Easy access off the freeway. We arrived at a late hour but had no problem getting a room. My daughter and I slept great on the new mattresses, even though there was some noise from the freeway. There are a few design quirks in the room such as the bathroom towels being stored under the sink, but nothing that inhibits the function. While we didn’t use the pool or gym, we did grab a couple food items from the front desk pantry to eat after check in and a couple items from the breakfast buffet for the road in the morning. Overall. I really liked this hotel and would definitely stay here again myself, as well as recommend it to others.

Very clean and well maintained hotel Polite staff If you enter full name of hotel as on Marriott gives Denton in name and Google maps may take you to another fairfield Inn 10 minutes north. Breakfast was average with pastries tasting dry, limited options and green stuff on scrambled eggs. I thought it was a play on Dr. Seuss and was not appealing at all to me

This is a newer hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I thought the bathrooms with walk in showers were very nice. Thebed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I made use of the Tesla destination chargers. Itwas great to fuel my electric car up each evening.

This place was the worst I’ve ever stayed at, my family and I had the worst night sleep ever for two days, I spent a lot of money not to get a good night sl, the air conditioning did not work properly, it came on for five minutes then stayed off for 20 minutes, the five minutes it was on was not enough time to cool the room obviously and when complained about it the first night there was nothing they could do about it nor was there a manager available to talk to about it, we are in the area a lot for softball tournaments and are in charge of where the team stays with my daughters team and we will make sure to never stay here again and will tell everyone not to stay at this hotel, basically We got ripped off on my stay and had a horrible rest with no sleep, not to mention the pounding that was going on a 7 am in the morning for who knows what, it sounded like maintenance but who knows, don’t stay at this hotel ever.

Newer hotel. It was so CLEAN and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay there. Our room was a good size, the bathroom was very nice, roomy and had plenty of counter space for your basic toiletries. The staff was so friendly and helpful! It seemed like a very quiet area. The location is convenient to I-35. We will definitely stay there again if we go to the area in the future.

Room was overall in good condition the dispensers for the conditioner was out the bathroom had some wall paper coming off. i was not able to get a late check out because i was told it wasnt available i didnt need it after all but have never been told i could not get a late check out.

Amazing from start to finish. We're there for 3 days.
