El hotel no merece las 4 estrellas, necesita una reforma de instalaciones, de atención al cliente, no había nadie que te atendiera en la zona de desayuno y la cafetera no tenia agua, el cuarto de baño es viejo y sin elementos de aseo etc. Cierto que en temporada baja como ahora, es barato pero tiene que aumentar los estándares de calidad.
