Upon check in the service was really slow it took us almost 1hour upon checking in. We also request for a late check out just up until 1pm due to flight but they did not allow us. Also the pool are very dirty and slimy especially the floating ones. Hoping for a improvement especially the pool sides.

Solea was okay. The fact that they were many staff yet the service was slow. They always ran out of cash for change. The room was nice enough but outdated bathroom with tendency to flood after showering. Overall, great place to stay with kids and families but it’s hard to enjoy everything when it’s not working.

All the staff are smiling and doing their best.
The food options do not appeal to westerners because they are Asian cuisine, There are delicious Asian dishes but I haven't seen much delicious food here. The total cost of food, beverage and accommodation is high, a better quality place can be preferred for this price. I think this is not the price of this hotel. The only thing I liked was that the staff was great.
