My family enjoyed a lot specially my kids. We'll surely coming back in every special occasions in the future.
Staffs were all amazing and the services as well. Great place for families and kids as they have a wide range of amenities to choose from.The waterpark and the swimming pool were all great!

It was better than I expected. Most of the staff were friendly. The only downsides were the lack of hot water, and the shower hose was old and rusty, leaking a bit.
There weren't many tables or chairs in the room, which made eating a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

We loved the facilities, the water park is ideal for kids. My nephews really enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious though I have some suggestions, they should have an option for coffee like cappuccino latte espresso and hot chocolate.

Although solea in general was good in offering the service that satisfied the customer. However, they need to improved there facilities as some already deteriorating and rust over it.

The front desk staff is rude and there's always something on the bedding. And if you want to go somewhere, like to a restaurant or nail salon, and take the car you reserved, Solea will definitely charge a pick-up/drop-off fee.

Booked Mactan Resort and was assigned to Palm. Not sure if it was an upgrade or a downgrade. It's an older hotel, but well-maintained. The location is remote and hard to get a grab bag. The buffet dinner wasn't great, but there were no other options nearby. The breakfast was surprisingly varied. The room was dimly lit, and the wet and dry area was only half-glass, so the entire bathroom got wet. The mango jelly on arrival was super delicious and worth buying.
