Had trash in the room, rude front desk man was working - we are diamond members and the week prior we received the complimentary breakfast with points at this same hotel and he told me this week we chose points instead of breakfast. Which has never been an issue before and I stated that to him. He did not reply but just stared at his computer. He also ignored us the night prior when we were trying to purchase waters at the front desk. Will try to find a new hotel when traveling home for a family emergency as this was disappointing

If I could give zero stars, I would. We checked in late one evening due to moving across country for military orders. The room was dirty. Everything leading up to it was gross - dirty carpets, pieces of walls missing, etc. We had stopped at another hotel before this, but they didn’t haven’t rooms, so we figured just make the best of it. I cleaned the room and we went downstairs for something to eat. After waiting at hour for food, there was hair in my meal. I went right up to the front desk, said we would not be staying because of all of the issues, she assured me I would get a full refund, and over a week later, I still have not been given any money back, and the hotel will not return calls and Hilton corporate is not being helpful, either. We are Hilton members and this is completely unacceptable.

This hotel is old and in need of renovation. Check-in took some time due to a worldwide outage with Hilton's systems. Streaming services on TV did not work due to boxes that needed to be replaced (this was an issue I read in several reviews a month ago, surely it should be fixed by now). The room is decent, but furniture looked very used and is in need of replacement. The highlight was the refrigerator that was a decent size and the bed that was surprisingly comfortable. The carpet in the halls were dirty and stained. We also parked in the back and couldn't use our key to get back in through the back door. Overall, this was just an average experience. I did enjoy the location of the hotel. If in the area again, I would definitely choose another hotel.

My son and I were traveling cross country and stopped in late one night unannounced. We were treated like royalty. Desk staff was extremely polite and accommodating. Friendly is an understatement. Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The exterior of the hotel looks very nice, the lobby was impeccable! The hallways are dated, and the rooms even more so. There is a large spot on the carpet as you enter the elevator, which made me question what the room had to offer....our stay was for just one night we toughed it out. The Breakfast sign say $10.99 for adults/$6.99 for children- my Granddaughter insisted so we obliged, this is where the problem with this hotel became an issue- We ate the mediocre breakfast to say the least, I paid with cash $31.79- as we checked out I noticed on the paper receipt... We was charged for the mediocre breakfast, on the room tab- when I questioned the desk clerk, he had to have a conversation with the kitchen folks- the person that I gave my cash to, told the desk clerk that I didn't pay her any cash- 0 to 100 real quick! I went over and made her remember, that I gave her the $5.00 tip for really doing nothing but stealing my cash of $31.79, she says that someone else wrote our room number on the ticket and that's why we was charged- makes no sense- they could not refund me my cash, but I did retrieve my $5.00 tip from the asinine person that stole the $31.79, then she proceeded to argue with my husband and I very loudly, which is very unprofessional and dangerous for that matter. We will not visit this establishment again, and I will not recommend it to any one traveling to Cordova.

This isn't the worst hotel I've stayed at, but it was definitely the biggest disappointment!!!!! We thought this hotel would be so nice and were really looking forward to staying here. A big selling point was the indoor pool and the kids were so excited to swim! After checking in, we immediately put on swimsuits, only to find the pool closed. We found little curly hairs on the tub and toilet. The carpet is disgusting. The upholstery is very worn.We paid for room plus snacks, which should have been delivered by housekeeping (according to the front desk) but that never happened. The not-free breakfast was lame (2 buffet pans of heat-lamp scorched food). At least when you stay in a low quality hotel, you know what to expect. This hotel pretends to be nice but isn't. I wish we could go back and choose another hotel. Don't make the same mistake as us

VERY POOR SERVICE / FOLLOW UP. My family and I had a reservation here at this hotel in November. Mind you - I am a DIAMOND MEMBER with HILTON (have been for many years). I picked up the FLU and had to cancel my family road trip we were making from TEXAS to VIRGINIA. My wife called and cancelled 4 different reservations we had along the way (All HILTON BRANDED HOTELS). She explained what was going on and that we needed to cancel. On the phone she was told - no problem. I get my credit card bill and they charged us 2 nights b/c we NO SHOWED and did not meet the cancellation policy. While I understand a cancellation policy - 1) we called and explained what was going on and were not told that we would still be charged over $300. 2) I am a loyal to the brand consumer. Do you really not look at items like this before just dinging a guy for $300. So I called and asked to speak to someone. It took 2 days to get someone to answer the phone. It literally just rang and rang one time for several minutes. I finally got the ASSISTANT GM on the phone. He listened and said I'm not sure what we can do for you, but let me get the GM to call you back. "someone will call you back within an hour". That was December 4. I never received a call back. Just terrible Service. Terrible follow up. Here's the kicker - we are doing another trip through this area over Christmas. This hotel is well placed on my drive. I would normally pick this one for that reason alone. We won't ever be staying here and I am seriously considering my HILTON loyalty after this and some other recent disappointments.. I flew in later and gave them a heads up to let them know that I would be arriving later. When I got there, they knew exactly who I was and checked me in smoothly. Thanks Jay! The room was clean and spacious. They have lotion, shampoo, conditioner, wash gel in the shower. Front staff were super friendly as well. I needed a Bible as my dad in battling an illness and asked for one and someone who worked there made sure I left with one. Went around the hotel to get me one. So grateful! The day I checked out, I didn’t have time to go to the store to get a shaver and cream for my dad so I asked them for it and they were happy to help. The location was great and the staff were nice and accommodating. I will be back and hopefully in better circumstances. Thank you Hilton and staff!

Very disappointed in this hotel. I normally prefer to stay at Hilton Garden Inns but I will never stay at this location again. The rooms were very worn and needed updating. The windows were extremely dirty. The restaurant had very bad service. This is not the standard that I’m use to with Hilton.
