There is no one to help you in the apartments, but via WhatsApp they send you all the steps and instructions on how to pick up and drop off the keys, how to contact them if there is a problem or emergency, they notify the town hall so you can give your car registration number so you can access without being fined, etc. Although the apartments are old, they are very cozy, you have everything, air conditioning, iron, hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, cutlery, etc. The only bad thing to mention is the noise if there is someone upstairs who drags the chairs or someone who starts shouting in the street, although it didn't bother us. We loved it and if one day we can go back we will.
