Alex is a wonder - our trip on the SAM railroad was changed to the next day and of course I had to change our reservation. We had a handicap access room reserved, and I could not get a handicap room on the website. The website reflected the hotel had no vacancies, so I called and talked to Alex - - one of the most pleasurable and professional representatives I have ever talked to on a reservation desk. She repeated that there was no handicap access rooms available, but she could get us in a room on the ground floor and I readily accepted the room. I have no idea how she pulled off the miracle BUT when we checked in the room, it was, in-fact a handicap access room.
