Excellent stay as usual. Thanks to Reece Neil and Sam, we will definitely return next year. Lisse and I used the pool for the first time it was lovely, we should have tried it much earlier.

Fantastic stay again. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Food is freshly prepared for you, the heated pool and hot tub are great. We also love that you have a fridge in the room. Definitely will stay again.

Our 5th annual family get together here. We are looked after so well by Reece, Neil, Sam, Paula and Ian. Nothing is too much trouble. Our party age ranges are 3 to 92. Superb food including a formal dinner on Saturday. Neil is an excellent chef and every year comes up with a superb menu. The sun shone us again unbelievably so the pool was central to our activities. Already booked for next year

We had a fantastic stay here. We had booked for two nights, but after one day there we extended it to four nights, which luckily we were able to do. I have mobility issues and the accommodation all on the level worked perfecttly for me. A tranquil setting for relaxation, but there are plenty of places to visit and go walking. The breakfast was cooked fresh to order and well cooked using good local farm produce. A special mention for the owner's mother who was looking after us at the time, so welcoming and helpful. I have no hesitation in giving Spanhoe Lodge top marks August 25

A gem of a find. Lovely rural location, Neil greeted us on arrival and we were able to order some drinks from the well stocked bar. The rooms were very comfortable and offered everything we needed. The swimming pool & hot tub were a real added bonus, wonderfully warm and exceptionally clean. We wold very much like to return and would highly recommend to others.

Stunning little gem in the middle of nowhere! We enjoyed full use of the hot tub, pool and games room. Customer service was excellent, on tap if you needed anything but otherwise left to your own devices which was exactly what we wanted. Beautiful views over the fields. Best nights sleep we had in ages so peaceful and quiet. Have already got the next visit being planned!

Had a fabulous weekend, celebrating my friends upcoming wedding with a mixed age group of females. Neil and Reece were so accommodating, going out of their way to make sure everyone was catered for. The food was delicious and plentiful so tasty and beautifully presented. The pizza oven on Friday night was delicious - sat outside chatting and eating - so relaxing. The swimming pool, hot tub and outside seating area made the weekend, it felt like we were on a holiday abroad. As we were a large group we used the lounge and breakfast room in a variety of ways and Neil and Reece seamlessly prepared the rooms for us with no fuss... fully recommend the cocktail making session !!! 😀 The bedrooms are luxurious and spacious with a massive bed, lovely touches such as fresh milk in the fridge, coffee, chocolates and a very posh shower with fluffy towels. I didn't want to go home and will be back with my husband - for a quieter weekend!!

What an amazing stay at Spanhoe Lodge. We booked Spanhoe for a lovely weekend celebrating my daughter’s forthcoming wedding. A weekend of fun and laughter, amazing food, the swimming pool and hot tub and comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Reece, Neil and the team went above and beyond for us, nothing was too much trouble. A massive thank you to you all.
