Stayed in this hotel bed was comfy room not to bad not the cleanest but ok . Breakfast was the worst I ever had served till 10am on a weekend this was Sunday got their around 9am cooked breakfast no sausages and told take 20 mins to cook so they didn't bother black pudding was thin like paper really not worth the money breakfast very disappointing

On arrival I received a warm welcome from the receptionist who explained everything i needed to know, the room was well furnished and clean, it was very comfortable and provided with an excellent night sleep. Breakfast was very good and staff extremely polite.

Attended a family wedding breakfast meal and evening do, the service from the hotel staff was great. The food was lovely, plenty of meat on the main course and decent portion sizes. Bed was comfy and shower was great, good power and ceiling fitted unit (so no limp hand holding required). Reasonable breakfast choices of fruit, cereal and fry up items

I came here in July as a guest for an Ultra White Collar boxing event. The event was truly fantastic! The whole event was ran very smoothly, the staff were accommodating and very friendly. The venue is really lovely and I cannot fault it at all.

A very warm welcome from the outset by Clair (Reception) and experienced helpful staff throughout our stay. The hotel is clean and tidy with a nicely appointed comfortable room. We opted to eat breakfast and an evening meal during our stay at the hotel. The menu has a reasonable selection of food and prices not too bad. It was noted that no lifts are available to upper floor, so those needing access consideration should request ground floor rooms when booking. Would happily stat there again

We stayed 3 nights on a coach holiday. The service,food and cleanliness were excellent. There were three choices of starter,main and dessert on the menu. Lovely cooked breakfast We asked for a room with a bath and were given one. It was cleaned and freshened daily. WiFi excellent too Would definitely stay again if visiting this area

Although my wedding is yet to take place (it’s booked in for August) I wanted to give a review of the service I’ve received so far regarding the wedding booking / planning. It’s been such a fantastic experience and I can’t recommend the hotel enough. Kayleigh deserves a special shout out as nothing is too much trouble and she has been a joy to work with. I email her with questions and requests and she always replies in a timely, polite manner and makes everything so easy and flexible. Thank you Kayleigh.
