Was not notified until we got there about bathroom light and fan not working. Faucet outside the bathroom that vanity light wasn't working. The trash was not emptied. It looks like one of the queen bed sheets was yellow and had piss on it. And the tub did not look clean as there was hair on the shower wall.

DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB AS SHOWN IN PHOTOS. Hall way was dirty, but the room was clean. TV was junk. It is what you expect for a hotel under $100

Don't do it! Filthy dirty and rooms are in terrible condition. They even shut down the indoor pool for a storm that had already passed! The breakfast was old and stale. The water had things floating in it and was at least from the night before when I saw it. Just terrible

This hotel is an absolute s**t hole. I got a deluxe room. Kitchen sink had no water, the Furnace Fan was going out so it was very loud, it was dirty as hell behind the bedside tables, outlets didn't work, the hairdryer had the electrical connections showing on the plug, shingles were scattered around the property, window screens were ripped, the mailbox was hit by someone and laying in the parking lot. Absolutely Ridiculous. Travelers want 3 things in a Hotel. Clean, quiet and everything to work. This had 0 of the 3.

Room was spacious, had great wifi. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is close to the mall and right off the interstate so ease of access was nice. I could tell the staff cared about cleanliness because the hotel was really clean. I didn't get a chance to swim in the pool but it was a nice place to sit and watch some Netflix on my laptop (I did put my feet in and the water was nice and hot). I recommend the Americinn by Wyndham Coralville.

Brent was working the night I checked in. He made the process of making the reservation over the phone easy. Upon check in he was patient and kind. Katie was amazingly kind and helpful. She was very apologetic for how long the process took just to extend 1 more day. Nothing was her fault. Because I have worked in the hotel industry I get that the pms systems can be laggy and slow and need to get through various pages. Lots of clicking. I was discouraged that the pop machine offered nothing that was diabetic friendly. Nothing sugar free or diet. Thankfully Kum and go was walking distance. The lobby and rooms were amazingly clean. Walking into the lobby and room was easy. There was no bad odd or off setting smells. The bathroom was very clean. If I had anything negative to say it would be the beds. They need new beds. I totally understand things happen. I was here trying get some space. The hotel is quiet.
