The customer service was great, but the bathroom was smelled and has mildew; it didn’t get cleaned even after I showed video of blood stain & dirty in the bathroom wall . I must say the nice hostess was nice enough to get me another room but the smell was even was worse. But I will definitely use it again if need be

I just wanted to shout out the amazing service I received at the Marriott this morning. BRANDON who made my coffee did it with so much love, attention, and patience you could literally taste the care in every sip. They weren’t rushing, they listened to my preferences, and created the perfect cup. It’s the little things like this that make all the difference in a stay. Thank you for starting my day with warmth and kindness!

Terrible hotel ants were everywhere in the room. I complained, managment is a joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. Watch your credit card, I found unapproved charges that I had to have reversed. The Marriott off of Coral Ridge drive is way better.
