From the moment we stepped through the double doors, Janay at the front desk set the tone for an amazing stay. She immediately greeted us with a genuine smile and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. First impressions are everything & we knew we made the right decision booking here the instant we met her. She made us feel right at home.. have you ever wanted to hug someone after they checked you into your hotel room… No? Well you haven’t met Janay yet. She truly is a gem. During our 3 night stay we encountered many treasures.. from our bartender Toby at the bar/restaurant Mamey, to our server Mia at the upscale restaurant The Collab, to the assistant general manager Luis, we couldn’t have been cared for more. Drinks, food, vibes, & customer service was on point at all corners of this hotel. The THesis Hotel is a small boutique hotel but what it lacks in size it makes up for in high end vibes, unique character, & outstanding customer service. We had the most amazing stay; I will absolutely be returning to this property and I highly recommend you do the same.

The ambience created at the hotel Lobby, the beautiful plants, I felt immediately welcomed. We were greeted with friendly faces. The room felt almost new, very clean and cosy. The restaurant serves the most delicious exotic foods. An overall perfect stay, beautiful roof top bar and pool.. felt like I was in Tuscany with the decor. I can’t wait to go back!
