Kotsias Corallia Villas

we hired the villa through jet2 the villa we had was not the villa pictured on their website, we had villa 1 (kalypso - white and blue not yellow and green as pictured) the villa itself is great, spacious, functional, modern it's the location that let's it down and I don't mean because it's out of town etc I mean because of the neighbours next to the villa. whilst I do appreciate there isn't much the owners/jet2 can do about this, it's only right to inform future guests about it, there are already a couple of reviews that mention the constant barking and yelping from the dogs next door, couple that with constant banging and tinkering and it definitely starts getting frustrating and detracts from the relaxing vibe we were hoping for! we stopped at helios Bay to get the keysafe number wifi details etc en route as per jet2s instructions, there was a couple of very much needed bottles of water in the fridge waiting for us! the owner popped in most days to make sure everything was ok, we had an issue with the pool turning cloudy but they fixed it really quickly, we had a car so popped to phillipos supermarket for all our food shopping it was alot cheaper than the one next to legends bar up the road, all in all as much as we liked the villa I wouldn't recommend it purely because of the neighbouring property

Stayed here for 10 days. Villa is lovely and spacious. We didn’t realise about the air con charge till we got here, which cost us 150 euros that we didn’t expect, so bear that in mind. We booked through jet 2 which said very close to bars - in reality there are only 2 bars that are about 15 minute walk away. Supermarket quite far so recommend a big shop, as local one very expensive. Pool area and inside Villa nice, cleaned once per week and towels included. Biggest issue of the week and reason I wouldn’t stay again is the next door Villa housed by a local. Dogs caged outside who bark constantly, most hours of the night - I’ve never slept so badly! A mixed stay, had a nice time but for the above reasons I wouldn’t return.

We stayed at Villa No. 1 at the Kotsias villas, Coral Bay, Paphos, the villa was clean, airy and bright along with being very spacious. We had a couple of minor mishaps when we were there but the excellent customer service from Nicos and his team was 10 out of 10. We loved the barbecue and found ourselves using that more than going out for dinner. Philippos supermarket is a 5 minute drive away had an fantastic selection of food items and gifts etc and with low cost prices. One of the best things about the holiday was a young cat who adopted us when we arrived and visited us every day thereafter for breakfast, lunch and dinner! 😀 We would definitely recommend these villas and we would definitely return. Thank you Nicos and team for making this an exceptional holiday for us.

Cracking villia we were in villia 1 so peaceful pool amazing air con was good lovely kitchen and we had a cat we called Harry lovely cat so if going just feed him comes and goes no hassle at all

We stayed in one of the 4 bedroom villa’s in August for 3 weeks. We had a great time, it was clean, it was safe, and we never once had any problems from our neighbours. We had the pool cleaned and checked regularly, we had fresh towels once a week, and our bed changed once a week. Personally I think you do need a car, especially in the heat we had, but if you come in the cooler months then maybe a 15/20 min walk to the main ***** of Coral bay would be nice. I would recommend you checking out the local restaurants, some say they are cafes, but not cafes how we know them in the Uk. Yes we would recommend this please to anyone and we would defo come again.
