Stayed here for one night before we could get into our villa the following day The place is a little gem Nothing too much trouble for the staff Room was spacious and spotlessly clean Pool area clean and tidy Drinks a good price Can’t comment on food as we didn’t eat there Would recommend for a short stay and we will certainly stay again

Stayed here for a long weekend while visiting friends who live in Cyprus for his 70th. Being out of season it was very cold, but there was a nice wood burner in the lounge/bar that was very nice. The apartment was amazing, very clean and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. We will certainly be coming back. The staff are very helpful and friendly

These apartments are functional and easy access to beach ( 10 min walk) supermarket ( 2 min) lots of places to eat . However , on closer inspection the rooms are very tired and in desperate need of cleaning and decorating . The shower heads are layered in limescale , the shower is disgusting and the toilet brush has that much DNA on it , it deserves its own forensic crime series ! A dead huge cockroach was in situ when we moved in and remains there a week later . Be aware you can’t flush paper down the toilet and bins are not emptied daily . The sofa in the living room also is a forensic scientists dream ( see photos) . Bedding or towels not changed during our stay .The whole apartment needs to be decorated and if I had small children I would be a nervous wreck as the stairs are marble , narrow and no hand rail . Arrived during the thunderstorm And allocated room was not safe due to water damage and I was moved immediately. As I said , a good location for beach and a regular bus service ( 2 euros for any trip ) was a plus . Check out was quick but not asked if I had enjoyed my stay or Thankyou for coming . I would say overall 2 star accommodation.

As a family of four adults and two children we recently booked a day room for €40, this was booked as we had to vacate our near by villa at 10am the room was available between 11am-6pm. The room was number 115 spotless clean, we were offered extra towels for the bathroom and towels were provided for the pool. Drinks were reasonable as was the food which was of a good quality. As we didn’t stay at the property I can’t comment further but only to say our day was very good with warm helpful staff.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks The apartment Was Spotless and everything you needed Beds changed also towels every 3days All the staff are very helpful Stavros’s and all the family make you feel so welcome Nice bar and also a very clean swimming pool lovely breakfast The food and entertainment up at Neos sports bar first class Thankyou very much See you in September

Went here for a number of breakfasts.Excellent food friendly staff would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble great value for money. Will return.Plenty of parking in the street outside also has a friendly atmosphere and very central to coral bay and supermarkets.

Wow, we arrived at Neptune and we were greated by Isabella and shown to our room. The room was amazing, very modern with all touch control lighting, fantastic air conditioning, lovely kitchen including fridge freezer and a beautiful bedroom and bathroom, I was pleasantly surprised. Stavros and his team really make you feel welcome. Anderson is an absolute gem, he can't do enough for you and makes a fantastic Mango daiquiri, and Linda also makes you feel welcome. The food at Neptune was really good and excellent value for money. Location wise you have Phillipos supermarket across the road and your around the corner from Coral Bay ***** where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. If your staying here make sure you visit Neo's sports bar for a fantastic evening of entertainment and culinary delights. My only suggestion would be some new sunbeds which are higher as I found it difficult to get up from mine due to recent knee surgery. Lovely pool with a couple of sunbeds.Thank you Stavros we look forward to seeing you next year

The Neptune offers great rooms with a great location. We’ve stayed a few times now so will always recommend this hotel. Always guaranteed a nice welcome from Stavros and his team. Close to the ***** where you have a choice of some fantastic restaurants. Definitely worth a visit.
