The location is good, you can see the sea when you go out. The room is large, with a small living room and balcony, and the sea view is very beautiful. In the morning when the tide is low, the sea and the sky are one color, which is very beautiful. The room price is a bit expensive

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in as a black station. The hotel cleaner thought we were checking out, (actually just checked in) and threw away all our luggage. There were underwear, shirts and my medicine in it, but at least From the beginning to the end, there was no apology. The rogue paid 150 for the loss of 500 Euros. Thanks to Ctrip for your help, although we only got 150 in the end, Ctrip reduced our room fee for one night. The gentleman who has lived aloof from the world all his life is so angry that he sighs that there is such a rascal and unreasonable hotel in this world. When we got the 150 compensation, we asked us to sign and not talk nonsense on the Internet, which is a guilty conscience.

We loved our stay at the Coral Beach Hotel. I first stayed here 28 years ago with my parents and always wanted to return and I’m so pleased I took my family there as they loved it as much as I did. My kids loved the pool and beach and my 8 year old loved the kids club. The entertainment team headed by Dragos are brilliant. They really made our stay and we don’t normally go in for hotel activities but they really make you feel welcome. Charia and the rest of the kids club are brilliant, so friendly and caring. The food is brilliant, we were all inclusive and I was delighted to find the desserts in particular actually were wonderful. Normally at AI I find desserts look good but all taste of the same thing but these were delicious :) My kids keep asking to return and I hope we will in the near future.

All good...apart from having my phone stolen in the first 24 hours and being lied to. Hotel itself was lovely. Clean, good food and drinks, nice pool etc, everything you'd expect. Wouldn't say our room was 5star, though, very dated and in need of a good refurb. It was clean, though, so acceptable. However, what spoiled our stay was having my mobile stolen from a sunbed by the pool bar within the first 24 hours, right in front of CCTV cameras. Whoever straightened up the sun loungers at the end of the day would have seen it. We told reception and were told only the General Manager was authorised to view the CCTV, he's not in today or tomorrow but will view it when he's in. Heard nothing, back to reception, and were told he's aware of it. He will review the cameras and will be in touch...heard absolutely nothing. This holiday was our 25th wedding anniversary celebration, so the actual day was ruined, as we were dealing with this and didn't have any time left to book something nice for the day. Last day, I eventually found the GM to discuss the CCTV. He clearly didn't know anything about it! Took some notes on a scrap of paper, and we've heard nothing since. Now we're home. I've been able to track my phone, and it's clearly still in the hotel! Thanks for your help Mr GM, you've been...😠 All in all, it was an OK break, but won't be coming back.
