Look for another hotel
We arrived at the hotel around 8 PM and there were no front desk agents for 30 minutues. The rooms are dated. For breakfast, instead of the restaurant close to the front desk offering breakfast, I had to walk around to the very back of the hotel to have breakfast. To enter the ****** you need to pay $5 dollars. There is no bar in the ******. In short, save you money, don't stay in this hotel!!!!!

Cuando vengas, me gustaría que tengas en cuenta estos 10 puntos y que bajes un poco tus expectativas: La temperatura del agua de la piscina climatizada puede estar un poco más fría de lo esperado, así que prepárate para eso. El check-in es a las 16:00 horas, pero puede que las habitaciones no estén listas a esa hora, ya que hay poco personal de limpieza y es posible que sean entregadas a medio hacer, con cobertores húmedos. Si puedes, te recomiendo traer tu propio shampoo y acondicionador, ya que los que ofrecen tienen una calidad inferior. Las almohadas han estado en el hotel durante bastante tiempo, por lo que pueden resultar incómodas. No cuentan con televisores inteligentes, por lo que no podrás acceder a YouTube ni a Netflix, como en otros hoteles de 4 o 5 estrellas. No hay cafetera ni tazas disponibles para disfrutar de un té o café. Los precios del minibar son considerablemente más altos que los del mercado. La vista de las habitaciones es lo mejor del hotel, el desayuno bueno pero muy lejos de las habitaciones, el spa bastante bueno y limpio, gimnasio ubicado en spa muy bien equipado, considero que debería incluir la entrada liberada a ****** .

decepcionante.
Es un hotel 5 estrellas, por lo menos asi se catalogan.
1.- No había almohadas en la habitación, insólito
2.- No había caja fuerte, llegaron con una a la hora de hacer el reclamo.
3.- No había control remoto.
4.- Televisor demasiado antiguo, funciona a medias.
5.- Room Servís , realice el pedido y llegaron 1,40 horas después , inaceptable.

Tiene todo para ser el mejor
La gente de recepción no es muy amable en su trato, a excepción de una de ellas, que lamentablemente no recuerdo su nombre, pero estaba en turno del último día de mi estadía.
Mi habitación no tenía citófono ni caja de seguridad, no hubo una predisposición inmediata a resolver mi problema, tuve que exigir cambio de habitación, a lo cual finalmente accedieron. Me sorprende que al ser un hotel 5 estrellas no hacen sentir al pasajero como corresponde, me tocó ver situaciones de reclamo de otros pasajeros con el mismo trato.
Las camas y la habitación en general muy cómodas, la vista increíble al mar.
El desayuno, esperaba mas, el primer día muy básico, con detalles como por ejemplo que huevos estuvieran fríos por no contar con un recipiente tapado, segundo día hubo mas variedad. Tiene todo para ser un hotel increíble en su condición de 5 estrellas, pero depende sólo dep personal a cargo.
