The room was not the cleanest. The pictures on the website are a bit deceiving. However, I was looking for a last-minute stay, and it is my fault I didn’t select another hotel. I would not stay here again, but the staff were very kind and helpful.

Very shabby treatment at checkout. Rewards member, prepaid reservation but was unable to get a receipt for reimbursement until they could "check the room", which they could not at the time I was there. I have never received the requested receipt that any other hotel, at any other time, under any circumstance would provide immediately and with pleasure. Unbelievable poor customer servie

The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were swimming in liquid, the toaster barely worked. The waffle iron was never on. The hot water for tea never worked. The room was clean, we had an issue with the ADA shower the first night. It overflowed and we told someone around 6 am and no one showed up to fix it until we tried to go to bed at 7 pm that night. The staff is super friendly, I have stayed here once before and the customer service is amazing. The bed wasn’t horrible, it wasn’t rock hard but it also wasn’t as soft as I prefer, but this is not my house so really no complaint. The pool was open but the water was so cold my legs went numb and that is as far as I went.

This is my second time staying with Days Inn and from start to finish, my stay was top notch! Reception was friendly, informative and made checkin so easy. They welcomed my little dogs without hesitation and their price point is phenomenal! My modernly styled room was super clean with a very comfortable bed that was fresh and pillows that were fluffy. Me and my two little pups were dreaming sweetly! The in-room coffee station was well stocked, fridge was ice cold and there were extra towels with upscale toiletries. A fresh breakfast with good options is included! Customer service is paramount! We will definitely stay again with this Veteran owned, small business operated polished gem! If you’re not staying here, you’re missing out!
