I slept in women tent. The staff is super nice. And super useful guide to explore Copenhagen if you join the WhatsApp group. There’s port on bed for charging. A locker for you to put stuff. And the location is fantastic. Easy to get around the city by transportation nearby. They don’t have a kitchen but you can buy food to eat in the bar and there are many cafes, McDonald’s, street food and bar nearby. They have big washroom and seperate toilet and washroom that you dun have to worry about peeing yourself. And they have a bar. The room space is not big. And there’s many dust under the charging port on bed. But overall I think it’s fine.

Great location for shopping and access to centre of city. Room is very old fashioned and basic but acceptable for a weekend getaway or couple nights. Construction was happening outside our room/hotel but it didn’t bother us with windows/curtains closed.

The lobby bar is gone and we were directed to noisy bars across the street for a nightcap. Bar/café and restaurant in hotel are privately run and have nothing to offer hotel guests. Mostly used for private parties. Room on 3rd floor has view over Radhuspladsen and small balcony which is nice. Room has lots of space but is sparsely furnished with lousy furniture. Gloomy. We were not informed we had to order room service so room had not been services when we came back in on day two. We stayed four nights and had one room service. The Palace Hotel used to be our favorite in Copenhagen but we will not be staying again. Sorry!

For this hotel booked through Trip.com , the main factors considered when booking are: 1. Four stars, 2. The room is big enough (more than 20 square meters), 3. The location is good (especially close to the subway station), 4. The score should be more than 4.2. 5. Can be cancelled for free (in case of sudden ** situation needs to change the itinerary). According to the above conditions, I chose Hotel Bella Grande. I thought that booking a foreign hotel must be cheaper, but in fact, I chose the co-cheng (this trip to northern Europe booked eight hotels, and the price of the co-cheng was more competitive). Actual stay experience: 1. The hotel's service is very good. After placing the order, I received an email from the hotel to express the welcome and ask what special needs are there? I replied that I hope there is a kettle and desk in the room, and the hotel has implemented it. The staff at the front desk at check-in were very friendly and welcoming and made people feel very comfortable. It rained the second day of our stay and the hotel front desk provided us with two umbrellas. 2. The location is very good. The hotel is located next to the City Hall Square. It is a two-minute walk from the M3/M4 subway station. It is very convenient to go to the airport and various attractions. 3. Room facilities are OK, in line with expectations. 4. The hotel's breakfast was good. The fly in the ointment was that there was no vegetables. After staying for four days, there was no change in breakfast. 5. WiFi is very good. In short, the stay experience is satisfactory.

Unexpectedly, the design of the single room is very warm (of course the area is very small, about 10 square meters). Many of the furniture are from Denmark's representative design brands, and the toilet is also equipped with a bathtub.

Great location next to Tivoli and metro station, it was also about 10min from central train station so very easy to go around. Very nice looking hotel. The room is small but functional and the decoration is very nice. The negative points for me was mainly the shower temperature that was la at best warm and the heating not really working, also cleaning could be improved.

Very clean, in the city center, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the staff are very nice! The hotel has a gym, which is rare in Europe, all of which are Tynojian facilities.

Come to Geben Hagen recommend to live here, give the service 100 points first, each is very enthusiastic, really every one, there is a young lady who can order Chinese at the front desk, really hard to explain the details to me, the design layout of the room is very like, is considering the convenience of users, I like every detail of the room.
