There is air conditioning but it is not cool at all. The window is noisy because it is on the roadside. The bathroom does not have a towel. The room is quite small. But the location is good, near the subway and many convenience stores. Breakfast is varied. It is on the upper floor with a beautiful view.

The location is very good, right at the subway entrance. There are six floors in total. The front desk is on the sixth floor and there is a beautiful terrace. Breakfast is also on the sixth floor. You need to scan the QR code to reserve breakfast time in advance. The room is relatively small and only one box can be spread out. In addition, the hygiene is very average and there are unknown hairs on the bed.

Hotel location was great as in tourist area within walking distance to city centre. We arrived early around 9 am, the beautiful receptionist was so nice to offer a room to us immediately even give us a choice. She also offer us the breakfast even we don’t entitled for Dre of arrival. Very nice to start our trip. Highly recommend this hotel if you are not fussy about hotel facilities.

Wost costumer service ever Rude, selfish staff, that's to good to admit when they are wrong We went for drinks at their rooftop. When we came there was one 1 other couple, so the staff was not busy. First it took 10.min for us to get to place our ordre as they were just on thier phones. After payment we were told to just sit outside and they will bring our drink. Another 10.min went on without drink and suddenly a rush a people came. 1 couple hit thier drinks and we where surprise as they came after us. Went to the bar to ask for our and was meet with a rude answer " oh I forgot "" let me just Finnish this ordre and then I will have a look at ours" No apology given or no sorry l. Not only did they not care, they expected us to wait for then to finish a 12 person ordre first... I asked for a refund as we didn't feel welcome. The bartender was arrogant and refused to sign the refund slip and just told me I was crazy..... Don't go there- it is not worth it. So meny other rooftop bar ind Copenhagen
