I stayed here for one night only as I was in transit.
It took about 30 minutes to get to the hotel by metro from the airport, then it was a 5-minute walk from the station. Access was very good.
On the other hand, it was noisy as there were clubs and pubs nearby (there was even a club below the hostel?).
